The second interlock switch is provided on a secondary electric circuit between the primary power source and the secondary power source, and is turned off when the door is opened. The primary interlock switch is disposed closer to the inlet than the secondary interlock switch.

The operation panel has a panel front end and a panel bottom surface formed with a groove recessed upward therefrom. The contacting/separating portion is provided at the panel bottom surface. The contacting/separating portion abuts on the lower housing when the upper housing is at the seated position and is separated away from the lower housing when the upper housing is at the ascent position. The groove includes a first groove part positioned between the panel front end and the contacting/separating portion.

The voltage dividing circuit divides the smoothed voltage to a divided voltage by a ratio which depends on whether the AC voltage is being input to the power supply apparatus, and the divided voltage is applied to the controller. The controller controls the switching of the switching circuit according to the divided voltage applied from the voltage dividing circuit.
