Electronic device, program, and control method of electronic device
An electronic device which transitions to a power saving mode, when it is determined that a degree of change in the list of service set identifiers (SSIDs) acquired by scanning process is equal to or greater than a threshold value in normal mode is provided.
Display control apparatus, display control method, and system
A multifunction inkjet printer that displays an image on a display device includes: an operation display unit configured to receive an instruction from a user; and a CPU configured to control the display device to display an image, wherein, in a state where display on the display device is being performed at a first refresh rate, in response to the operation display unit receiving an instruction for displaying a code to be captured by a mobile terminal, the CPU is configured to control the display device to display the code at a second refresh rate that has a higher frequency than the first refresh rate.
Image processing apparatus, image processing method, and recording medium for determining an operating frequency in accordance with a type of a network packet
An image processing apparatus includes a first processor and a second processor. The first processor has a power saving function. The second processor is configured to consume less power than the first processor during operation. When the first processor stopped by the power saving function is activated in response to reception of a network packet, the first processor determines an operating frequency of the first processor in accordance with a type of the network packet.
Image forming apparatus and control method
An image forming apparatus communicates with another device and includes a processor that controls the communication. A control unit controls the apparatus to operate in one of at least a first power saving state, a second power saving state, and a normal state. In the first power saving state, the apparatus is controlled so that an image forming unit, an image reading unit, and the control unit are not activated, and a communication device is activated. In the second power saving state, the apparatus is controlled so that at least one of the image forming unit and the image reading unit are not activated, and the communication device and the control unit are activated. In the normal state, the apparatus is controlled so that at least the image forming unit, the image reading unit, the communication device, and the control unit are activated.
Electronic apparatus and control method of electronic apparatus
An electronic apparatus includes a power source, a power monitoring unit configured to monitor an output voltage output from the power source, an acceptance unit configured to accept a user operation to turn off the electronic apparatus, and an execution unit configured to operate using power output from the power source, execute shutdown processing in response to the user operation accepted through the acceptance unit, and execute the shutdown processing when the output voltage monitored by the power monitoring unit is lower than a threshold voltage. The threshold voltage is higher than a guaranteed operation voltage of the execution unit.
Image processing apparatus and method of controlling the image processing apparatus to detect objects and switch a power mode
An image processing apparatus includes a print section configured to perform printing on a recording medium, a first detector configured to detect a moving object within a first detection range, a second detector configured to detect the moving object within a second detection range, and a controller configured to switch between a normal mode in which printing by the print section is enabled and a power-saving mode in which printing by the print section is disabled. The controller returns to the normal mode when, after the controller enters the power-saving mode, in response to detection of the moving object by the first detector or the second detector, the first detector or the second detector detects the moving object for a first predetermined period of time or more, and the first detector and the second detector detect the moving object for a second predetermined period of time or more.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM STORING PROGRAM, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD
An information processing apparatus includes a processor configured to set a state of a fixing device in a case where a state of an image forming apparatus including the fixing device transitions to a power saving state to be different depending on a property of the imaging forming apparatus.
Image forming apparatus with function of preventing secondary infection
An image forming apparatus for forming an image on paper includes a body surface temperature measuring sensor, a user interface, a communication interface, and a controller. The body surface temperature measuring sensor measures the body surface temperature of the operator in a non-contact manner. The user interface presents a message to the operator. The communication interface transmits a message to the administrator who manages the image forming apparatus. When access to the surface or the inside of the image forming apparatus is required and the body surface temperature of the operator is equal to or higher than a threshold temperature, the controller transmits a message requesting to touch the surface or the inside of the image forming apparatus to the administrator by the communication interface and presents a message requesting not to touch the image forming apparatus to the operator by the user interface.
PRINTING APPARATUS
A printing apparatus connectable to an external power supply having outputtable voltage information, including: a printing head performing printing by electric power supplied from the external power supply; a resistor having an electric resistivity based on the printing head; a detector detecting a substantial voltage; and a controller configured to: obtain the voltage information from the external power supply; decide a tentative voltage; request the external power supply to output the tentative voltage; energize the resistor with the tentative voltage; decide the substantial voltage if a voltage corresponding to each of the obtained voltage information is supplied based on a result of the detector during the energizing of the resistor; decide an electric power supply voltage based on the substantial voltage; and request the external power supply to output the electric power supply voltage.
SENSOR UNIT AND IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE
A sensor apparatus includes a photosensitive sensor, a cover, and a moving mechanism. The photosensitive sensor includes a first lens and a second lens which focus on a photosensitive element. The cover includes a first slit arranged on an optical axis of the first lens and a second slit arranged on an optical axis of the second lens. The moving mechanism is configured to move the photosensitive sensor and the cover relative to each other so that the second slit is arranged on the optical axis of the first lens.
