The management unit generates application information having metadata information and the application associated with each other, the metadata information being associated with a user who uses the application and used when the application is executed. The screen configuring unit generates, when the application is executed, based on the application information, a user interface that receives setup operation related to metadata corresponding to the metadata information in the application.
