IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS, FORMAT CONVERSION METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM
An image processing apparatus that converts a format of image data by using any of a plurality of existing conversion programs, includes: a register that performs, by selecting at least one group including N number of conversion programs among the plurality of conversion programs such that a format after conversion by a (K1)th conversion program coincides with a format before conversion by a Kth conversion program, registration processing of registering each of the selected at least one group as a program set; and a converter that converts, in a case where any of the at least one program set is designated, the format of the image data by sequentially using the N number of conversion programs included in the designated program set among the plurality of conversion programs, from a first conversion program of the N number of conversion programs.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes a printing device, an output value converting unit, and a controller. The output value converting unit is configured to (a) change pixel values of pixels alternatively determined in a primary scanning direction and a secondary scanning direction so as to delete a dot on the pixels in a solid part in a target image and (b) change pixel values of pixels that are alternatively not determined in the primary scanning direction and the secondary scanning direction so as to gain a dot size of the pixels in the solid part. The controller is configured to control the printing device so as to print the solid part with dot sizes corresponding to the pixel values.
IMAGE READING DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE READING METHOD
An image reading device includes a first image reading portion, a cooling portion, a second image reading portion, and a notification processing portion. The first image reading portion reads an image of a document sheet at a first reading position. The cooling portion cools the document sheet at a cooling position downstream in a feeding direction of the document sheet with respect to the first reading position. The second image reading portion reads an image of the document sheet at a second reading position downstream in the feeding direction with respect to the cooling position. In a case where a difference image different from a first image read by the first image reading portion, the difference image being included in a second image read by the second image reading portion has been detected, the notification processing portion provides a notification that the difference image has been detected.
SCANNING TECHNIQUE ADJUSTABLE PER PAGE
An example non-transitory computer readable storage medium has stored therein a computer program that, based on execution by a computer, causes the computer to perform operations including generating first image data by scanning a document including a first page and a second page, providing a first scan option applicable to the first page along with first page size information corresponding to the first scan option and a second scan option applicable to the second page along with second page size information corresponding to the second scan option, and generating second image data by performing image processing based on the first scan option and the second scan option being respectively selected for the first page and the second page.
