Identifying and controlling unwanted calls
Systems, methods and tools for leveraging computer networks, data sharing, data analytics and sentiment analysis to control the receipt of unwanted telephone calls and preventing unwanted telephone calls from disturbing a user through the implementation of contacts list and/or a shared table of unique calls. Contact lists and shared tables of unique calls may identify incoming calls that may be directed to the user or filtered out based on whether the incoming call's number is in the user's contact list and/or based on the past experiences of the individual users engaging with the incoming caller. Embodiments may track the past call durations for unique incoming number and track the sentiment of users during these calls and use the collected call data and sentiment determine whether subsequent incoming calls from a phone number should be forwarded to the user's telephone enabled device or automatically responded to with further instructions.

Method and system for remote diagnostic, control and information collection based on various communication modes for sending messages to users
A method, system, and program product for communicating with machines and end users connected to a network. Information sent to or from the machines is transmitted using electronic mail or a via a direct connection. The electronic mail may be transmitted over the Internet to a service center or from a service center to a resource administrator, but also may remain within a local or wide area network for transmission between a machine and an end user or a resource administrator. E-mail messages may be transmitted from a computer which is attached to a device which is being monitored or controlled and include information regarding the status, usage or capabilities of the attached device. The device may send status messages and usage information of the device by an end user to either a resource administrator or to a service center on the Internet through a firewall.
Printing apparatus and non-transitory computer readable medium
A printing apparatus includes a memory, a receiving unit, and a printing unit. The memory stores print schedule information indicating regular time information concerning a time at which printing is regularly performed and also stores print settings information in association with the print schedule information. The receiving unit receives print data. The printing unit prints the print data received by the receiving unit in accordance with the print settings information if a time at which the print data is received matches the regular time information indicated in the print schedule information.
TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING SYSTEM AND INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS
A transmitting and receiving system includes a first information processing apparatus and a second information processing apparatus. The first information processing apparatus includes a first cache memory, and the second information processing apparatus includes a second cache memory. The second information processing apparatus is configured to transmit and receive information to and from the first information processing apparatus. When transmission information to be transmitted from the first information processing apparatus to the second information processing apparatus is stored in the first cache memory of the first information processing apparatus, the first information processing apparatus transmits partial information that is included in the stored transmission information to the second information processing apparatus or transmits identification information that identifies the transmission information to the second information processing apparatus.
IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF FOR PARSING INSTANT MESSAGING INFORMATION
An image forming system and an image forming method for parsing instant messaging information are provided. The system includes a receiver for receiving instant messaging information, a parser for determining a data type of the instant messaging information, a processor for processing the instant messaging information based on the determined data type and converting the instant messaging information into image information recognizable and printable by the image forming device, and an imager for controlling the image forming device to print the image information. The processor includes an imbedded browser, and when the data type is website link, the embedded browser acquires related content corresponding to the link, the processor converts the related content into image information recognizable and printable by the image forming device. The image information is sent to the imager.

METHOD AND SYSTEM OF USING IPV6 PACKET EXTENSIONS TO ALLOW OR PREVENT EXECUTION OF A JOB BASED ON PHYSICAL LOCATION
A method, a computer readable medium, and a multi-function peripheral are disclosed, which use IPv6 packet extensions for execution of a job request based on proximity. The method including sending a job to be processed by a multi-function peripheral with an IPv6 Destination Options extension header from a client device to the multi-function peripheral, the IPv6 Destination Options extension header containing a physical location of the client device; receiving the job with the IPv6 Destination Options extension header containing the physical location of the client device on the multi-function peripheral; examining the IPv6 Destination Options extension header containing the physical location of the client device on the multi-function peripheral; and executing the job if the physical location of the client device is within a defined proximity to the multi-function peripheral.

Information processing apparatus and method of deciding correction amount in the information processing apparatus
The present invention provides an information processing apparatus and a method of deciding a correction amount for correcting the radio field intensity of received radio waves in the information processing apparatus. The information processing apparatus receives a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) packet transmitted by an external apparatus, and displays a screen for deciding a correction amount for correcting the radio field intensity of the BLE packet. If a user inputs an instruction for deciding the correction amount via this screen, the correction amount is decided based on the radio field intensity of the received BLE packet and a reference value.
