The controller receives, from a terminal device, a display image associated with destination information stored by the terminal device, via the near field communicator, displays, on the displayer, a screen including the display image, receives, from the terminal device, the destination information, based on an operation input to the screen, and transmits an image for transmission via the communicator, based on the destination information received from the terminal device.

The present disclosure provides systems and methods that use and/or generate image files according to a novel microvideo image format. For example, a microvideo can be a file that contains both a still image and a brief video. The microvideo can include multiple tracks, such as, for example, a separate video track, audio track, and/or one or more metadata tracks. As one example track, the microvideo can include a motion data track that stores motion data that can be used (e.g., at file runtime) to stabilize the video frames. A microvideo generation system included in an image capture device can determine a trimming of the video on-the-fly as the image capture device captures the microvideo.

The controller receives a first designation, by a user, of a designation region of the desired image displayed on the display. Systems and methods for enhancing digitally informed delivery of delivery items, such as mail or packages. A delivery item has an associated digital resource(s), such as electronic text, a digital file, an image, a web page(s), or the like. The delivery item includes an indicia, such as a bar code, that provides access to, or references, the digital resource. When the delivery item is processed during transit from the sender to the recipient of the delivery item, the indicia is read, and the associated digital resource is identified therefrom. The delivery service transmits, to the recipient, an electronic notification indicating that the delivery item is enroute to the recipient and also indicating the associated digital resource. The recipient can then access the digital resource, e.g., the custom text, files, images or web pages associated with the delivery item.

A method, system, and computer program product for adding media file metadata based on micro-locations of a venue are provided. A media file is detected, where the media file is captured by a user at a venue. A plurality of wireless beacons are detected, where each of the plurality of wireless beacons is associated with a respective micro-location at the venue. A micro-location of the user is determined, based, at least in part, on: (i) a proximity of the user to a wireless beacon of the plurality of wireless beacons, and (ii) the respective micro-location of the wireless beacon. Metadata of the media file is populated, based on the determined micro-location of the user and any tag information for the determined micro-location, where the metadata includes a coordinate that relates to the micro-location of the user.

An image forming apparatus includes a wireless tag communication device to write data to, and read data from, a wireless tag attached to a sheet. An image forming device in the apparatus is configured to form an image on the sheet. A controller in the apparatus is configured to determine whether a writing of data to a wireless tag was successful based on a notification from the wireless tag communication device and generate investigation support information if the writing was not successful and control the image forming device to form an investigation support image corresponding to the investigation support information if the writing was not successful.
