The communication device receives a document from a different apparatus. The processor causes the display to display, on the basis of the received documents stored in the storage device, a list of the received documents in an unprinted state, which are not yet printed by the printer, by distinguishing between the received document in an unread state that is not yet displayed by the display and the received document in an already-read state that is already displayed by the display.

A method of generating an image file includes providing an electronic page through an electronic device; acquiring a plurality of images including at least a portion of the electronic page based on a user's input; and generating an image file including at least a first image and a second image of the plurality of images.

In embodiments disclosed herein disclose methods and systems for providing a multitenant facsimile server. The computer instructions may be executable to maintain a set of entity information, wherein the entity information defines a plurality of tenants, and maintain a database configured to store transmitted and received fax documents corresponding to a plurality of tenants. The computer instructions may be further executable to receive a facsimile document at the fax server, wherein the facsimile document comprises one of a document to be transmitted or a received fax. The computer instructions may be further executable to identify a tenant associated with the document based on an identifier. Further, the computer instructions may be executable to store the document in the database, wherein the document is associated with the tenant in the database.

An image reception apparatus including a reception unit that receives a first image from an image transmission apparatus and a transmission unit that transmits information on an attention area designated by a user in the first image to the image transmission apparatus.
