The image communicating apparatus determines whether to use a FAX server for FAX sending, adds, if it is determined to use the FAX server for the FAX sending, domain information of the FAX server to a destination of the FAX sending, and sends an image to the destination of the FAX sending, that has been added with the domain information.

An information processing system includes a data output apparatus and an information processing apparatus. A gateway registers job data registered in a HDD and vibration-detection information of a vibration-detection sensor received from a user terminal in a memory, and then transmits the job data to a MFP. The MFP registers the job data in a HDD, and according to a request from the gateway, transmits the job data registered in the HDD and vibration-detection information of a vibration-detection sensor to the gateway. The gateway compares the data amount of when the job data is registered in the memory and the data amount of the job data from the gateway, and when there is a difference, registers trouble information related to the HDD in the memory.

An information processing system including an information processing apparatus that selects between transferring data and obtaining data, and controls transferring data or obtaining data based on the selection. The system also includes a server that stores data transferred from the information processing apparatus, and controls transferring data to the information processing apparatus based on a request for transferring data received from the information processing apparatus.

A system includes a storage unit, a generation unit, a comparison unit, a determination unit, and an execution unit. A method of supporting wireless connection of an electronic apparatus includes searching an image forming apparatus that is not connected to a wireless network, when the image forming apparatus is searched, releasing a link with an Access Point (AP) and forming a link with the searched image forming apparatus, and transmitting pre-stored AP information to the image forming apparatus such that the image forming apparatus forms a link with the AP.

A system for publishing digital images wherein a mobile device (14) that stores at least one digital image generates output signals in response to operator commands. The mobile device (14) communicates with a source of digital instructions (18) thorough a communication network (16) such that digital instructions are downloaded to the mobile device. The computer instructions may be executable to maintain a set of entity information, wherein the entity information defines a plurality of tenants, and maintain a database configured to store transmitted and received fax documents corresponding to a plurality of tenants. The computer instructions may be further executable to receive a facsimile document at the fax server, wherein the facsimile document comprises one of a document to be transmitted or a received fax. The computer instructions may be further executable to identify a tenant associated with the document based on an identifier. Further, the computer instructions may be executable to store the document in the database, wherein the document is associated with the tenant in the database.
