SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR RESIZING CONTENT BASED ON A RELATIVE IMPORTANCE OF THE CONTENT
Systems and methods are described herein for providing a media guidance application that resizes content based on a relative importance of the content. For example, a display may have first and second content generated for display. If the first content is more important to a user than the second content, a size of the first content will be increased with respect to a size of the second content on the display. If the second content is more important to the user than the first content, then a size of the second content will be increased with respect to a size of the first content on the display.
Image Display Method, User Terminal, and Video Receiving Device
Embodiments of the present invention provide an image display method. The method includes: generating video window description information of a mirror video stream, wherein the mirror video stream is a mirror image of an image displayed on a screen of a user terminal, and the video window description information is used to indicate information about a first display window of the mirror video stream. The method also includes sending, by using a wireless local area network, the video window description information to a video receiving device, so that the video receiving device determines, according to the video window description information, a location and a size of the first display window, wherein the first display window is one of at least two display windows on the screen of the user terminal, and the at least two display windows are configured to separately display a corresponding video stream.
Apparatus and method for changing mode of device
Methods and apparatuses are provided for changing a mode of a device by a server. The server receives, from a master device, at least one of a user preference document including information related to whether mode synchronization is activated between devices, a device context profile (DCP) document including a rule applied per mode, and a DCP directory document including information related to a profile activated in the DCP document. The at least one of the user preference document, the DCP document, and the DCP directory document is registered. When information related to changing a mode of the master device is received, the at least one of the user preference document, the DCP document, and the DCP directory document is changed based on the changed mode of the master device. The at least one of the changed user preference document, the changed DCP document, and the changed DCP directory document is transmitted to at least one slave device.
Apparatus and method for changing mode of device
Methods and apparatuses are provided for changing a mode of a device by a server. The server receives, from a master device, at least one of a user preference document including information related to whether mode synchronization is activated between devices, a device context profile (DCP) document including a rule applied per mode, and a DCP directory document including information related to a profile activated in the DCP document. The at least one of the user preference document, the DCP document, and the DCP directory document is registered. When information related to changing a mode of the master device is received, the at least one of the user preference document, the DCP document, and the DCP directory document is changed based on the changed mode of the master device. The at least one of the changed user preference document, the changed DCP document, and the changed DCP directory document is transmitted to at least one slave device.

The present invention relates to an image display device. The image display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a display; an interface to exchange data with an external server; and a controller to execute a web browser according to a web screen display input, to control a first webpage to be displayed on the display based on data received from a server, and when a first link item in the first webpage is selected, to control the first webpage to be displayed in a first area and a second webpage corresponding to the first link item to be displayed in a second area adjacent to the first area. Thereby, it is possible to display a plurality of webpages on a single screen.
VIDEO PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE
A video processing method includes: receiving multiple channels of video images individually sent from multiple mobile terminals; displaying the multiple channels of video images; acquiring a selection instruction according to a user input, the selection instruction carrying an identifier of a target video image, the target video image including at least one of the multiple channels of video images; and transmitting the target video image to a target terminal. According to embodiments of the disclosure, any desirable video image can be selected from the multiple channels of video images being displayed as the target video image for live broadcasting.

A monitoring device is provided that includes a process condition setter that sets a target area on the monitored moving image according to a user's operation input. The device includes a stay information acquirer that observes a staying situation of a moving object appearing on the monitored moving image, and acquires stay information indicating the staying situation of the moving object. The device also includes a sub-image generator that generates the sub-image, and a sub-image arrangement controller that controls an arrangement position of the sub-image on the monitored moving image based on the acquired stay information. The device further includes an output controller that generates the monitoring moving image in which the sub-image is composed on the monitored moving image based on the arrangement position of the sub-image determined by the sub-image arrangement controller, and outputs the monitoring moving image on a display.

A monitoring device is provided that includes a process condition setter that sets a target area on the monitored moving image according to a user's operation input. The device includes a stay information acquirer that observes a staying situation of a moving object appearing on the monitored moving image, and acquires stay information indicating the staying situation of the moving object. The device also includes a sub-image generator that generates the sub-image, and a sub-image arrangement controller that controls an arrangement position of the sub-image on the monitored moving image based on the acquired stay information. The device further includes an output controller that generates the monitoring moving image in which the sub-image is composed on the monitored moving image based on the arrangement position of the sub-image determined by the sub-image arrangement controller, and outputs the monitoring moving image on a display.

The present invention relates to a device for projecting image information and a control method for the device, the device comprising: a main body; a projection unit for projecting image information onto at least two screens having different separation distances from the main body; a detection unit for detecting separation distances between each of the at least two screens and the main body; and a control unit for controlling the projection unit such that different pieces of image information are projected onto the screens on the basis of the separation distances between the main body and the screens, wherein the control unit projects image information corresponding to content selected by a user onto a first screen among the screens and projects image information related to the content onto a second screen.
