A multimedia file and methods of generating, distributing and using the multimedia file are described. Multimedia files in accordance with embodiments of the present invention can contain multiple video tracks, multiple audio tracks, multiple subtitle tracks, data that can be used to generate a menu interface to access the contents of the file and ‘meta data’ concerning the contents of the file. Multimedia files in accordance with several embodiments of the present invention also include references to video tracks, audio tracks, subtitle tracks and ‘meta data’ external to the file. One embodiment of a multimedia file in accordance with the present invention includes a series of encoded video frames and encoded menu information.

An athletic parameter measurement device worn by an athlete during an athletic activity session includes a housing which attaches to the athlete, a display, a processor associated with the display, and an athletic parameter measurement sensor. During the athletic activity, the device detects, using the sensor, a vertical jump height of the athlete, and displays, during the performance of the athletic activity session, a representation of the vertical jump height on the display.

The downloading includes downloading of metadata associated with the commercials and based on which the mobile device can select commercials for insertion into videos being played back to the user of the mobile device. The commercials to be downloaded are selected based on one or a combination of any two or more of the location of the user, the type of mobile device, and personally-identifiable information about a user of the mobile device.

Provided are an image processing device, an image processing method, and an image processing program that can decide a user image that is similar to a plurality of model images and that follows a flow of the plurality of model images. Combinations of (I2) and (P3), (I51) and (P21), (I150) and (P49), (I198) and (P79), (I201) and (P30), (I249) and (P99), (I300) and (P101), and (I301) and (P112) in which similarities between the model images and the user images are equal to or more than a first threshold value are detected. The combination of (I201) and (P30) in which a relative time difference of the imaging time is equal to or more than a second threshold value is eliminated, and the rest combinations are second combinations. From among the second combinations, a model image group and a user image group, which are a collection of similar images, are decided, and the user images similar to the model images attached on a model album are decided from the user image group. A user album is created from the decided user images.

Various embodiments of the present invention relate generally to systems and processes for transforming a style of video data. In one embodiment, a neural network is used to interpolate native video data received from a camera system on a mobile device in real-time. The interpolation converts the live native video data into a particular style. For example, the style can be associated with a particular artist or a particular theme. The stylized video data can viewed on a display of the mobile device in a manner similar to which native live video data is output to the display. Thus, the stylized video data, which is viewed on the display, is consistent with a current position and orientation of the camera system on the display.

An exemplary virtual reality system includes a management device, a synchronization device, and a gatekeeper device communicatively coupled to the management device and the synchronization device by way of a network. The gatekeeper device is configured to receive, at a particular time, a frame of a surface data frame sequence that the gatekeeper device is responsible for processing. The gatekeeper device is also configured to transmit, to the synchronization device, the particular time at which the gatekeeper device received the frame, and to receive, from the synchronization device, a timeframe during which the gatekeeper device is to transmit the frame. The gatekeeper device is further configured to transmit, to the management device during the timeframe received from the synchronization device, the frame of the surface data frame sequence. Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, a device, and a computer program product for storing and providing a video. A method for storing a video is provided, including: acquiring frame storage information in a to-be-stored video, the frame storage information including information related to storage of a plurality of frames in the video; converting the video into a plurality of data blocks based on the frame storage information; and converting the frame storage information into a streaming media index file to characterize the video in association with the plurality of data blocks. Embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a method for providing a video.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, a device, and a computer program product for storing and providing a video. A method for storing a video is provided, including: acquiring frame storage information in a to-be-stored video, the frame storage information including information related to storage of a plurality of frames in the video; converting the video into a plurality of data blocks based on the frame storage information; and converting the frame storage information into a streaming media index file to characterize the video in association with the plurality of data blocks.
