A device displays, in a first display region of a camera user interface, a first live view from a first camera. While displaying the first live view from the first camera, the device detects movement of a first user input (e.g., a first contact on a touch-sensitive surface). In accordance with a determination that the movement of the first user input meets first movement criteria, the device moves the first live view in the first display region in accordance with the movement of the first user input, displays a second live view from a second camera, and moves the second live view in the first display region in accordance with the movement of the first user input.

A position estimation system includes: a reference image database configured to store a reference image and information indicating a position in a state in which they are associated with each other; an acquisition unit configured to acquire an image for estimation which is a position estimation target; an estimation unit which performs comparison of the reference image with the image for estimation, estimate the position related to the image for estimation from the information indicating the position associated with the reference image, and calculate a reliability of the estimated position; and an update unit configured to update the reference image using the image for estimation on the basis of the reliability.

During the athletic activity, the device detects, using the sensor, a vertical jump height of the athlete, and displays, during the performance of the athletic activity session, a representation of the vertical jump height on the display.

From among the second combinations, a model image group and a user image group, which are a collection of similar images, are decided, and the user images similar to the model images attached on a model album are decided from the user image group. A user album is created from the decided user images.

A device displays a camera user interface for recording media images in a plurality of media recording modes. While displaying the camera user interface, the device captures media with one or more cameras. In response to capturing the media, in accordance with a determination that the captured media is consistent with a first media recording mode, the device displays a first prompt in the camera user interface that prompts a user to take one or more actions associated with the first media recording mode; and in accordance with a determination that the captured media is consistent with a second media recording mode, the device displays a second prompt in the camera user interface that prompts the user to take one or more actions associated with the second media recording mode, where the first media recording mode is different from the second media recording mode.

A system is provided that presents video content on an electronic device such that, when a user swipes to dismiss the video content, non-video summary information or contextual material about the video content is automatically displayed in place of the video content. The non-video summary information is presented on a summary card dragged on-screen responsive to user swipe input. If, for example, the user swipes to dismiss a video advertisement before an informational payload of the video advertisement has been delivered, the informational payload can automatically be displayed in text format on a summary card dragged by the user in replacement of the dismissed video advertisement.

A system is provided that presents video content on an electronic device such that, when a user swipes to dismiss the video content, non-video summary information or contextual material about the video content is automatically displayed in place of the video content. The non-video summary information is presented on a summary card dragged on-screen responsive to user swipe input. The processor is configured to determine a length of a second focal length in a second direction which intersects with an extending direction of an optical axis of the lens and a first direction which intersects with the extending direction, relative to a first focal length in the first direction, and make a resolution ratio, which is a ratio of a resolution of the raw image in the first direction to a resolution of the raw image in the second direction, higher than a resolution ratio of the imaging sensor in a case where the second focal length is longer than the first focal length.

A multimedia file and methods of generating, distributing and using the multimedia file are described. Multimedia files in accordance with embodiments of the present invention can contain multiple video tracks, multiple audio tracks, multiple subtitle tracks, data that can be used to generate a menu interface to access the contents of the file and ‘meta data’ concerning the contents of the file. Multimedia files in accordance with several embodiments of the present invention also include references to video tracks, audio tracks, subtitle tracks and ‘meta data’ external to the file. One embodiment of a multimedia file in accordance with the present invention includes a series of encoded video frames and encoded menu information.
