Augmented reality conferencing system and method
The disclosure provides an augmented reality virtual videoconference for each of a plurality of computing devices during a networked communication session. The networked communication session is defined and provided a plurality of devices. Video content that is at least partially captured by a camera associated with a respective device is received, and a composited interactive audio/video feed comprised of audio/video input received during the networked communication session from each of the first user computing device and at least the respective user computing device of the one of the additional users is generated. At least some of the video content captured by the camera associated with a respective user computing device is removed prior to including the remaining video content in the composited interactive audio/video feed. The composited interactive audio/video feed is provided to the plurality of computing devices during the networked communication session.
Dynamic activation of under-display camera
A computer-implemented method is used for each of two or cameras on a device, where a first camera of the two or cameras is located under a display of the device. The method further includes defining, for each camera, a best effect region on the display including a first best effect region for the first camera. The method also includes identifying, for each of one or more feeds, a feed display area including a first feed display area, where each feed display location uses a portion of the display. The method includes activating the first camera for a first feed, wherein the first feed has a first feed display area that overlaps the first best effect region.
CONFERENCE GALLERY VIEW INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM
A conference gallery view intelligence system determines regions of interest for display within views of conferencing software based on input streams received from devices within a conference room during a conference. Conference participants are detected in the conference room based on an input video stream received from a video capture device. A direction of audio from the conference participants is determined based on an input audio stream received from a multi-directional audio capture device. A conversational context within the conference room is then determined based on the direction of the audio and locations of the one or more conference participants in the conference room. A region of interest to output within conferencing software is determined based on the conversational context, and the region of interest is output for display within a view of the conferencing software.
Methods and apparatus for remote camera control with intention based controls and machine learning vision state management
In some embodiments, an apparatus includes a memory and a processor. The processor is configured to receive an intent command from a control device. The processor is configured to identify, based on the intent command, a first portion of an image captured by a first image capture device and to identify, using video analytics, a second portion of the image captured by the first image capture device. The second portion is included in an image captured by a second image capture device at a first time. The processor is configured to calculate an offset between the first portion and the second portion using the image captured by the first image capture device. The processor is configured to send a signal to adjust using the offset the second image capture device to capture an image including the first portion at a second time after the first time.
Output apparatus, output system, and method of changing format information
An output apparatus includes circuitry to receive content data from a transmission source of the content data. The circuitry checks first format information for the content data to be output. The circuitry changes second format information of the content data to the first format information. The second format information is supported by a capture board. The capture board is connected between the transmission source and the output apparatus. The circuitry outputs the content data.

The audio processing unit detects the orientation of the main audio source according to an audio signal received in a space by the microphones. The video processing unit stitches a plurality of images obtained by the cameras into a composite image. The data processing device detects a first object from the composite image according to the orientation of the main audio source.
