SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION OF VIDEO CONFERENCING
The invention described herein relates to communication, and in particular systems and methods for understanding how communication is being received and providing real-time behavioral feedback to understand how the communication is being received, so that quantitative analysis can be done to determine KPI for optimizing video call presentations. Disclosed is a communication guidance system comprising: a non-transitory computer-readable medium; an input recognition interface; and processing circuitry operably connected to the non-transitory computer-readable medium and the input recognition interface, the processing circuitry being configured to perform the following tasks: perform an analysis of audio and video data from a user and a receiver; analyze, based on historical data, the user's communication quality; and provide feedback based on the analysis.
REAL-TIME, TWO-WAY VIDEO AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM
Methods for onboarding a client user to a real-time video chat authentication system is provided. Methods may include, during an onboarding session, receiving the client user's credentials. The client user's credentials may be received at a client user graphical user interface (GUI). Methods may include receiving an opt-in from the client user for authentication via video capture. The opt-in may also be received at the client user GUI. Methods may include initiating a video capture session at a video conferencing platform. The video conferencing platform may be executed at a client device and an administrator device. The platform may enable the client user to communicate with an administrative user. Methods may include capturing a video capture of the client user at the video conferencing platform. Methods may include storing the video capture at a database.
COMBINED DISPLAY FOR SHARING A MULTI-SCREEN EMERGENCY APPLICATION
A multi-display capture system receives user selections of two or more display areas, such as screens or application windows, generated by a computing device. The multi-display capture system simultaneously captures a video stream of each of the selected display areas. In another display area, the multi-display capture system outputs a combined display that includes each of the captured video streams. The user may select a video stream to enlarge, and the multi-display capture system enlarges the video streams while continuing to display the other video streams. The combined display may be shared with one or more other users.
Health testing and diagnostics platform
Systems and methods for providing a universal platform for at-home health testing and diagnostics are provided herein. In particular, a health testing and diagnostic platform is provided to connect medical providers with patients and to generate a unique, private testing environment. In some embodiments, the testing environment may facilitate administration of a medical test to a patient with the guidance of a proctor. In some embodiments, the patient may be provided with step-by-step instructions for test administration by the proctor within a testing environment. The platform may display unique, dynamic testing interfaces to the patient and proctor to ensure proper testing protocols and accurate test result verification.
Automated recording highlights for conferences
A transcript of a conference (e.g., a video conference, an audio conference, or a telephone call with two or more participants) is processed to extract a conference summary. The transcript includes strings that are associated with respective timestamps and respective speaker identifiers. Speaker segments—sequences of consecutive strings attributed to the same speaker—are identified in the transcript. A speaker segment is selected based on its duration in time and one or more strings are selected from with the selected speaker segment for inclusion in the conference summary. A short video conference summary or a short audio conference summary is then generated using timestamps from the transcript associated with strings (e.g., sentences) that have been selected for inclusion in the conference summary. The short video or audio summary may be presented to users to enable efficient storage and transmission of information from the conference within a unified communications system.
Session management of content driven meeting summaries, action items, meeting context continuity, and segment audio-video (AV) replay for collaboration solutions
A method for the session management of content driven meeting summaries and action items in a commercial environment, which may be tied to multiple back-end cloud services. The method employs an association based data structure directed to improving the organization and persistence of post-meeting generated content or collateral (e.g., meeting summaries, notes, action items, etc.). Further, a method for learned meeting context continuity for past context and future meeting proposals tied to current meeting context. The method may match key topics, conversations, and attendees to deduce relation; and, accordingly, provide suitable next meeting predictions. Moreover, a method for intelligently managing segment audio-visual (AV) replay access, which may be indexed using users, topics, presenters, keywords, etc.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ORGANIZING, RETRIEVING, AND ACCESSING INFORMATION BASED ON DATABASE STRUCTURES IN REAL TIME BASED ON CONCURRENT CONVERSATIONS
A system and method of organizing, retrieving, and accessing information comprising the steps: providing an electronic platform configured to allow one or more individuals to have a conversation; creating a contemporaneous record of said conversation on said electronic platform; continuously generating suggestions and information to one or more users based on said conversation; wherein said suggestions and information are determined in part by said electronic platform determining an appropriate minimum dictionary language library; displaying said suggestions and information to said one or more users.
VIDEO CONFERENCING WITH COLLABORATIVE MUSIC LISTENING
A system, method, and non-transitory computer readable media including instructions for a group music sharing session during a video conference. A video conference may be displayed on a user interface of one or more endpoint devices. A group music sharing session may be initiated with two or more members of the video conference. Participants of the group music sharing sessions may select one or more songs. The selected songs and music information may be retrieved from a multimedia server. A playlist comprising the selected songs may be generated and displayed on the user interface of the endpoint devices of the participants. A participant may select a song from the playlist. The selected song may be played simultaneously on the endpoint devices of the participants. The music information may be displayed on the user interface of the endpoint devices of the participation.
MEETING-VIDEO MANAGEMENT ENGINE FOR A MEETING-VIDEO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Methods, systems, and computer storage media for providing a tailored meeting-video segment associated with a meeting-video management engine of a meeting-video management system. The tailored meeting-video segment corresponds to a portion of meeting-video content that is programmatically generated based on features associated with video data, meeting data, and user data. A tailored meeting-video segment—or a plurality of tailored meeting-video segments—can be generated by employing a meeting-video tailoring machine learning model of the meeting-video management engine. In particular, the features—associated with video data comprising the plurality of clips, meeting data of the meeting, and user data of the user—are meeting-video tailoring features used by the meeting-video tailoring machine learning model to generate the tailored meeting-video segment. The tailored meeting-video segment is communicated to a user to enable uniquely tailored presentation and playback of meeting-video content computed to be relevant to the user via the meeting-video management engine.
