Encryption Method, Decryption Method, Encryption System and Decryption System
An encryption method includes an operation method of an encryption system and is a method of encrypting encryption target information.
A METHOD FOR DELIVERING DIGITAL CONTENT TO AT LEAST ONE CLIENT DEVICE
A watermarking scheme for traceability of leaked or illegally re-distributed over-the-top streaming content includes a two-step scheme in which the content is pre-marked server side by providing part of the content, encrypted under a global key, and a first set of complementary parts of the content including a first mark and encrypted under a set of first keys, and a second set of complementary parts of the content including a second mark and encrypted under a set of second keys. A marked encrypted content is made available to a client device via a particular combination of the parts of the content encrypted under the global key, parts of the content having a first mark, encrypted under the set of first keys, and parts of the content having a second mark, encrypted under the second set of keys. The particular combination is based on an identifier of a client device.
System and method of restricting access to media content
A method includes receiving, at a service delivery platform system from a first video source, a control stream associated with a media content stream delivered via a media distribution network. The control stream includes conditional access information for the media content stream including a restriction condition to delivery of the media content stream. The method includes parsing, at the service delivery platform system, the conditional access information to create a substitute table for a head end of the media distribution network that will implement the restriction condition. The substitute table indicates a condition for delivery of a substitute media content stream, a start time, an end time, and a second content source for the substitute media content stream. The method also includes sending the substitution table to the head end from the service delivery platform system to automatically schedule a conditional access event that implements the restriction condition.
System and method for transmitting digital multimedia data with analog broadcast data
A method and system for the transmission of digital data (210) over existing analog radio frequencies (230) is presented, wherein the digital data may include audio data, visual data or audio-visual data for presentation either with analog broadcast data or at a selectable time. The digital data may be transmitted over a plurality of sub-channels that have varying degrees or reliability (250). A quality-of-service process manages the transmission of digital data over various sub-channels based on the reliability of the sub-channel, the amount of digital data and the type of digital data to be transmitted. The digital data may further be encrypted and authenticated.
ENCRYPTION AND DECRYPTION OF MEDIA DATA
The embodiments herein relate to encryption and decryption of media data transmitted between an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and a ground controlling base, when recording and playing back the media data by combining symmetric and asymmetric cryptography.
VIDEO OUTPUT CONTROLLING APPARATUS AND VIDEO OUTPUT CONTROLLING METHOD
A video output controlling apparatus and a video output controlling method that can reduce the possibility that a video for which encryption is required may be outputted in a non-encrypted state are provided. A first acceptance unit (40) accepts a video and an encryption necessity signal indicative of whether or not encryption of the video is required via a first route. A second acceptance unit (44) accept a control signal via a second route different from the first route. A video conversion unit (46) converts, in accordance with the control signal, the video accepted by the first acceptance unit (40) into one of a video that is different in a format from that of the video and is in an encrypted state and a video that is different in a format from that of the video and is not in an encrypted state. An output controlling unit (48) performs control regarding whether or not the video is to be outputted based on the encryption necessity signal and whether or not the video after conversion by the video conversion unit (46) is in an encrypted state.
Method and system for providing secure codecs
A system and method is arranged to provide compression and decompression of digital content in a secure manner. The system is configured to authenticate a source of the digital content, and to further determine a consumer's entitlements and rights for access to the digital content. Based upon the determined entitlements and rights for access, the system is directed to decrypt, and decompress the digital content. In one embodiment, a component of the system is enabled to establish a trust relationship with at least one other component of the system, to minimize an opportunity for piracy of the digital content. In another embodiment, a secure clock is directed to provide protection against hackers that may employ an in-circuit emulator, or the like.
Content transmission device and content transmission method thereof
A content transmission device has a first encryption process means that encrypts, by a digital communication interface, a digital content for transmission to a content reception device and encrypts a low-resolution content by a first encryption process; a second encryption process that encrypts a high-resolution content by a second encryption process; and a down-conversion means that down-converts the high-resolution content to the low-resolution content. The content transmission device receives, from a digital reception device, information related to an encryption process of the digital reception device. Then, if the digital reception device supports the second encryption process, the content transmission device transmits the high-resolution content as encrypted by the second encryption process. If the digital reception device does not support the second encryption process, the content transmission device down-converts the high-resolution content and encrypts, by the first encryption process, the down-converted content for transmission.
System and methods for permitting open access to data objects and for securing data within the data objects
A system and methods for permitting open access to data objects and for securing data within the data objects is disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for securing a data object is disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for securing a data object is disclosed. The method includes the steps of (1) providing a data object comprising digital data and file format information; (2) embedding independent data into a data object; and (3) scrambling the data object to degrade the data object to a predetermined signal quality level. The steps of embedding and scrambling may be performed until a predetermined condition is met. The method may also include the steps of descrambling the data object to upgrade the data object to a predetermined signal quality level, and decoding the embedded independent data.
Real-time wireless synchronization of live event audio stream with a video recording
Systems and methods are presented herein that facilitate temporally synchronizing, in real time, a separately sourced high quality audio segment of a live event with a video segment that is generated by a recording device associated with a member of the audience. An A-V Synchronization Application may synchronize a video segment of a live event that is generated from a personal electronic device of an audience member with a high quality audio segment that is separately sourced and generated by professional sound recording equipment at the live event. The result of the temporal synchronization is a high fidelity digital audio visual recording of the live event. In various, the audience member may stream, in real-time, the high fidelity digital audio visual recording to an additional electronic device at a different geo-location. In some examples, narrative audio segments may be also included as part of the high fidelity digital audio visual recording.
