A method and apparatus for mounting a projector holder to or placing a projector holder on an object for displaying an image onto a surface is disclosed. The projector holder includes a body within which a projector is at least partially disposed. The body includes one or more pliable appendages that are adapted to be manipulated and deformed from a first configuration to a second configuration. In some embodiments, the body is formed in the shape of an animal.

OPTICAL MODULE AND SCANNING-TYPE IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE

In an optical module and a scanning-type image display device, a reduction in heat insulating effect due to a natural convection generated between the optical module and a case is suppressed to alleviate laser overheating and thermal expansion or contraction of each component and obtain a stable projection image quality. In an optical module that couples laser beams from a plurality of laser beam sources 1a, 1b, 1c and irradiates the laser beams to a desired position, a cover that covers the optical module is provided, a second cover is provided in a space between the optical module and the cover, and a projecting part is provided on a surface of the second cover facing the optical module.

PROJECTION SYSTEM

A projection system includes a light source, a reflective phase modulator, a display and a projection lens. The light source is configured to emit a first light. The reflective phase modulator is configured to modulate phase of the first light to form a second light. The display is configured to receive the second light. The display is located between the projection lens and the reflective phase modulator.

Projection device

A projection device includes a shell, a motherboard, a projection module and a image capturing module. The motherboard, the projection module and the image capturing module are all fixed in the shell. The motherboard transmits image data of a project. The projection module receives the image data and projects images to a projection medium. The image capturing module captures playing images on the projection medium and transmits the playing image to the motherboard. The motherboard further determines next image according to the playing image and transmits the next image to the projection module.

A robotic mount is configured to move an entertainment element such as a video display, a video projector, a video projector screen or a camera. The robotic mount is moveable in multiple degrees of freedom, whereby the associated entertainment element is moveable in three-dimensional space. In one embodiment, a system of entertainment elements are made to move and operate in synchronicity with each other, such as to move a single camera via multiple robotic mounts to one or more positions or along one or more paths.

Optical device and image display device

An optical device includes an optical device including, a movable frame configured to hold an optical member, and a coupling frame to be coupled to the movable frame via an oscillation axis, and a stationary frame to which the coupling frame is fixed via a vibration absorbing member. The stationary frame has a shaft part to which the vibration absorbing member is attached, and a first surface and a second surface opposed to each other outside the shaft part, the coupling frame is disposed so as to be separated from the shaft part, the first surface, and the second surface with the vibration absorbing member, and a thickness of the vibration absorbing member existing between the coupling frame and the first surface and/or the second surface is thicker than a thickness of the vibration absorbing member existing between the coupling frame and the shaft part of the stationary frame.

PROJECTION IMAGE CORRECTING METHOD AND PROJECTION APPARATUS
20170353703 · 2017-12-07 ·

The present disclosure provides a projection image correcting method and a projection apparatus. The method includes: receiving real-time brightness values of M sub-images in a current to-be-displayed image, the real-time brightness values being acquired by a plurality of sensors arranged on a reflector which is located opposite to a projection lens, and obtaining a brightness adjusting value of a j-th sub-image in the current to-be-displayed image according to the real-time brightness values of the M sub-images. Adjustment is made, in combination with brightness adjusting values obtained from the current image to be displayed, to brightness values of each sub-image in an image to be displayed after the current to-be-displayed image, thereby making brightness of displayed images uniform, and improving the projection image quality.

A projection system arranged to receive an image for projection. The image is a colour image comprising a first colour component and a second colour component. The system is arranged to calculate a first hologram of the first colour component and a second hologram of the second colour component. The system is further arranged to add content of the second colour component to the first colour component before calculating the first hologram. The first hologram contains information of the first colour component and information of at least a portion of the second colour component. The system is further arranged to form a first holographic reconstruction by illuminating the first hologram with first colour light and to form a second holographic reconstruction by illuminating the second hologram with second colour light. The first holographic reconstruction changes the chromaticity of the at least a portion of the second colour component.
