SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROCESSING RECORDED DATA FOR STORAGE USING COMPUTER-AIDED DISPATCH INFORMATION
Computer-implemented methods and systems for processing recorded data for storage is provided. An auditable device, such as a digital video camera, stores a set of recorded data. The auditable device also stores auditable event entries that represent auditable events detected by the auditable device. One type of auditable event is the receipt of information from a computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system that indicates an event. The auditable device marks at least one subset of the set of recorded data based on the auditable event entries, and uploads the marked at least one subset of the set of recorded data to an evidence management system.
VARIABLE AUDIO FOR AUDIO-VISUAL CONTENT
Various implementations disclosed herein include devices, systems, and methods that that modify audio of played back AV content based on context in accordance with some implementations. In some implementations audio-visual content of a physical environment is obtained, and the audio-visual content includes visual content and audio content that includes a plurality of audio portions corresponding to the visual content. In some implementations, a context for presenting the audio-visual content is determined, and a temporal relationship between one or more audio portions of the plurality of audio portions and the visual content is determined based on the context. Then, synthesized audio-visual content is presented based on the temporal relationship.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REMOTE DIGITAL CONTENT MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT
A desktop application and supporting web site for capturing audio and video recordings or other digital content of differing modalities is introduced, wherein multiple participants in a collaborative session may be in separate remote locations. The application includes providing a high quality data format for transferring recordings, audiovisual data and the like to a remote network location or computer and a real-time data format for intercommunicating comments and instructions that are not recorded. Peer-to-peer and server-client implementations may be optimized regarding delivery time (latency) versus content quality. The desktop application also provides mechanisms for playing back sound, video or other data for participants' reference, along with synchronized presentations of textual, audio and visual material corresponding to the session.
Systems and methods for adjusting dubbed speech based on context of a scene
Systems and methods are disclosed herein for detecting dubbed speech in a media asset and receiving metadata corresponding to the media asset. The systems and methods may determine a plurality of scenes in the media asset based on the metadata, retrieve a portion of the dubbed speech corresponding to the first scene, and process the retrieved portion of the dubbed speech corresponding to the first scene to identify a speech characteristic of a character featured in the first scene. Further, the systems and methods may determine whether the speech characteristic of the character featured in the first scene matches the context of the first scene, and if the match fails, perform a function to adjust the portion of the dubbed speech so that the speech characteristic of the character featured in the first scene snatches the context of the first scene.

Video audio recording system, video audio recording device, and video audio recording method
A video audio recording system includes a video acquisition unit, an audio acquisition unit, a video recording parameter acquisition unit, and an audio emphasis unit. The video acquisition unit acquires a video signal by recording video of a subject. The audio acquisition unit acquires an audio signal by recording a sound. The video recording parameter acquisition unit acquires first information representing a video recording direction of the video acquisition unit and second information representing a positional relationship between the video acquisition unit and the audio acquisition unit. The audio emphasis unit emphasizes, based on the acquired first and second information, the acquired audio signal of the sound arriving in a predetermined direction.

Sound processing system and processing method that emphasize sound from position designated in displayed video image
A recorder receives designation of a video which is desired to be reproduced from a user. If designation of one or more designated locations where sound is emphasized on a screen of a display which displays the video is received by the recorder from the user via an operation unit during reproduction or temporary stopping of the video, a signal processing unit performs an emphasis process on audio data, that is, the signal processing unit emphasizes audio data in directions directed toward positions corresponding to the designated locations from a microphone array by using audio data recorded in the recorder. A reproducing device reproduces the emphasis-processed audio data and video data in synchronization with each other.
