Profile, tier and layer indication in video coding
A method of video processing includes performing a conversion between a video including a plurality of video layers and a bitstream of the video, wherein the bitstream includes a plurality of output layer sets (OLSs), each including one or more of the plurality of video layers, and the bitstream conforms to a format rule, wherein the format rule specifies that, for an OLS having a single layer, a profile-tier-level (PTL) syntax structure that indicates a profile, a tier and a level for the OLS is included in a video parameter set for the bitstream, and the PTL syntax structure for the OLS is also included in a sequence parameter set coded in the bitstream.

Split Rendering To Improve Tolerance To Delay Variation In Extended Reality Applications With Remote Rendering
An improved split rendering process of the present disclosure mitigates the impact of delay variation in XR application with remote rendering applications. A visual scene is split rendered to generate graphic layers from 3D objects in the visual scene. The server node groups and sorts the graphic layers based on QoE importance to create graphic layer groups, encodes each graphic layer group into a composite video frame and appends metadata to the composite video frame. The encoded video frame is then transmitted in sorted order based on quality rank to a client device (e.g., an HMD worn by a user) where the video frame is decoded and displayed. The client device further sends feedback to the server indicating the graphic layer groups that were timely received.

Signaling high dynamic range and wide color gamut content in transport streams
A program map table in a transport stream comprising an elementary stream identifier indicating a particular elementary stream, a high dynamic range flag indicating the presence or absence of high dynamic range content within the elementary stream, and a wide color gamut flag indicating the presence or absence of wide color gamut content within the elementary stream.

Video encoding/decoding method and apparatus for signaling DPB parameter, and computer-readable recording medium storing bitstream
An image encoding/decoding method and apparatus for signaling a VPS and a recording medium storing a bitstream are provided. An image decoding method may comprise obtaining first information indicating whether each output layer set (OLS) specified by a video parameter set (VPS) includes only one layer, obtaining second information indicating the number of decoded picture buffer (DPB) parameter syntax structures in the VPS, based on the first information, obtaining the DPB parameter syntax structures in the VPS based on the second information, and managing a DPB based on the DPB parameter syntax structures.

WARPING-BASED DECODED PICTURE RESAMPLING SUPPLEMENTARY ENHANCEMENT INFORMATION MESSAGE
Aspects of the disclosure provide a method, an apparatus, and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium for video decoding. The apparatus includes processing circuitry that is configured to decode a current picture based on a bitstream. The processing circuitry can determine, from a supplemental enhancement information (SEI) message, a first flag indicating whether a warping process is applied to the current decoded picture. Based on the first flag indicating that the warping process is applied to the current decoded picture, the processing circuitry can determine warping information of the warping process based on the SEI message. The processing circuitry can determine a warped picture from the current decoded picture based on the warping information.
