Method and apparatus for multiplexing and demultiplexing video data to identify reproducing state of video data
A method and apparatus for multiplexing and de-multiplexing video data. The method of multiplexing the video data involves syntax to a header of transmission unit data that is used to multiplex a clean random access (CRA) picture used in a random access, wherein the predetermined syntax indicates a reproduction status of the CRA picture, i.e., normal reproduction or reproduction according to a random access.

TEXTURE DECOMPRESSION TECHNIQUES
A texture decompression method is described. The method comprises receiving a compressed texture block, determining a partition of pixels used for the compressed texture block, wherein the partition includes one or more disjoint subsets into which data in the compressed texture block is to be unpacked, unpacking data for each subset based on the determined partition, and decompressing each of the one or more disjoint subsets to form an approximation of an original texture block.

Systems and Methods for Head-Mounted Display Adapted to Human Visual Mechanism
Systems and methods are provided for rendering of a dual eye-specific display. The system tracks the user's eye movements and/or positions, in some implementations, based on electroencephalography (EEG) of the user, to correctly label the central (foveal) and peripheral (extra-foveal) areas of the display. Foveal data is fully rendered while extra-foveal data is reduced in resolution and, in some implementations, shared between the two displays.
PHOTOGRAPHING APPARATUS, UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE, CONTROL TERMINAL AND METHOD FOR PHOTOGRAPHING
This application provides a photographing apparatus, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), a control terminal, and a method for photographing. The photographing apparatus includes an image sensor, a display screen, a random-access memory (RAM), a storage device, a processor and an instruction stored in the memory and executable by the processor. The processor executes the instruction to implement: receiving a continuous-shooting command; partitioning the RAM according to the continuous-shooting command to obtain an at least one buffering storage space; controlling the image sensor to obtain original image data; storing the original image data in the at least one buffering storage space; and controlling the display screen to display image data generated according to original image data. The technical solution provided in this application improves a continuous shooting speed, and implements a Quick view function during continuous shooting, so that the photographing apparatus provides good user experience during continuous shooting.
Method and apparatus for processing video signal
A method for processing a video according to the present invention may comprise: generating a plurality of Most Probable Mode (MPM) candidates; determining whether there is an MPM candidate identical to an intra-prediction mode of a current block among the plurality of MPM candidates; obtaining the intra-prediction mode of the current block, based on a result of the determining; and performing an intra-prediction for the current block, based on the intra-prediction mode of the current block.

Self-Organizing Discrete Recurrent Network Digital Image Codec
An invention based on learning a discrete recurrent neural network for a given signal domain is described. In one implementation to the domain of visual images, the method can be used to efficiently compress digital photographs and to devise a new perceptual distortion measure between images that well-matches data collected from a human psychophysics experiment. Other applications of the invention include unsupervised detection of recurrent patterns in high-dimensional data and Shannon-optimal error-correcting coding from few training examples.
