MODULAR LEAF SHREDDER
A modular leaf shredder is provided. The modular leaf shredder includes a housing having a plurality of interlocking housing subsections. The modular leaf shredder further includes a trimmer connector adapted to form a physical connection with a cooperating member of a trimmer in order to physically join the housing to the trimmer. The head of the trimmer includes a rotating head having at least three sets of cutting wires, at least two sets of cutting wires being substantially perpendicular to each other.
BALANCED TRIM SHIELD WITH A SINGLE, DUAL DIRECTION LINE CUTTING MEMBER
A hand-held cutting device (10) may include an elongated member (45) graspable along a portion thereof by an operator, a trimmer head (25) disposed at one end of the elongated member (45) and configured to be rotatable to perform a cutting function using trimmer line (70) held at a portion of the trimmer head (25), a power unit operably coupled to the trimmer head (25) to selectively cause rotation of the trimmer head, and a trim shield (65) disposed to extend away from the elongate member (45) to a position radially outward relative to the trimmer head (25) proximate to at least a portion of a path traced by a distal end of the trimmer line (70) eilligill when the trimmer head is rotated. The trim shield (65) may include a first housing portion (100) disposed on one side of a T longitudinal centerline (120) of the device, a second housing portion (110) disposed on an opposite side of the longitudinal centerline (120) and substantially symmetrical relative to the first housing portion, a cutter mount (130) and a cutter member (140). The cutter mount (130) may be disposed at the longitudinal centerline (120) on an interior portion of the trim shield (65) proximate to an intersection of the first housing portion (100) and second housing portion (110). The cutting member (140) may be operably coupled to the cutter mount (130) with substantially equal portions of the cutting member (140) extending to respective opposing sides of the longitudinal centerline (120).
GRASS CUTTER WITH CORD REEL
There is provided a grass cutter in which a cord can be easily replaced by a user and the length of the cord can be easily adjusted. The rotor section of the grass cutter has an upper cover, a lower cover and cord reels provided in an internal space formed by the upper cover and the lower cover. The cord reels are wound with two separate nylon cords. The length of the nylon cords drawn from the cord reels are adjusted by the cord adjustment mechanisms provided on the upper cover.
HEADS FOR STRING TRIMMERS AND MOWERS
A cutting head body for an agricultural machine, such as a mower or a trimmer, is configured to receive a cutting line for cutting weeds, grass, or other materials. The cutting head body includes an inlet area having a cavity with a node location configured to receive a node of a cutting line, and an outlet area having a cavity configured to open to an exterior of the cutting head body. The cutting head body may include a first passageway connecting the inlet area to the outlet area and a second passageway connecting the inlet area to the outlet area. The cutting head body is rotatable about a rotational axis to move the cutting line. In some embodiments, the cutting head body is fixed to a rotatable shaft. In some embodiments, the cutting head body rotates about a fixed shaft.
POWER TOOL AND SLIDING GUARD THEREFOR
A guard assembly for a trimmer tool including a tool head, the guard assembly including a mount body forming a slot extending along a radial direction and including an attachment member; a guard body forming a perimeter configured to partially surround the tool head, the guard body forming a first opening configured to align with the slot at the mount body, the guard body forming a second opening from which a track extends along the radial direction, wherein the attachment member is extendable into the second opening and into the track, the attachment member of the mount body configured to slide within the track at the guard body; and a handle assembly extendable through the slot at the mount body and the first opening at the guard body to selectively affix the mount body to the guard body.
ROBOTIC WORK TOOL
A robotic work tool system (200) is provided. The system comprises a robotic work tool (100), and said robotic work tool (100) comprises a stationary hub (310) and a rotatable shaft (162) being supported by the hub (310). Also, a hub cover (340) is releasably attached to the hub (310). The robotic work tool (100) further comprises a skid plate (330) extending radially outwards from the hub cover (340), and wherein the skid plate (330) is arranged between the hub (310) and the hub cover (340).
Adjustable grass trimmer attachment
An apparatus for an adjustable grass trimmer, is disclosed. The apparatus includes an elongated shaft comprising a first end and a second end. The apparatus includes a supporting device configured to support a trimmer, wherein the supporting device comprises of a set of three support members. The apparatus includes a plurality of wheels configured to be mounted on the supporting. The apparatus includes a one or more guard wheel stops affixed to each of the plurality of wheels.
DECK MOUNTABLE STRING TRIMMER ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY
A string trimmer attachment assembly for a lawn mower includes a deck attachment mount; a turret mounted to the deck attachment mount about an axis; a trimmer head; a first arm mountable to the turret, the first arm adjustable along a first axis; a second arm mountable to the trimmer head, the second arm adjustable along a second axis; and a coupling to connect the first arm and the second arm such that the second arm is transverse to the first arm.
WEED TRIMMER APPARATUS AND SYSTEM
A weed trimmer apparatus may comprise a trimmer shaft and a trimmer head coupled to a first end of the shaft. A first handle may extend from the shaft. The first handle may include a grip portion and an actuation mechanism on the grip portion to actuate a motor. A second handle may be rotatably coupled to the first handle. The second handle may rotate around an axis of the first handle between at least three positions: substantially orthogonal to the shaft, substantially parallel to the shaft extending toward one or the first end or the second end, and substantially orthogonal to the shaft opposite the first position. This configuration may allow for versatile operation and user comfort.
Shield and attachment for weed trimming
A removable shield for a string trimmer with trimmer head for cutting tall grass or weed is a flexible shield having a first end and a second end with a length extending therebetween and a removable shield closure for securing the first end of the shield to the second end. The assembly further comprises a shaft cradle for holding a length of the shaft of the handle of the string trimmer therein and for ease of coupling the assembly to a strong trimmer of any configuration.
