The disclosure provides a mower and a steering control method thereof. The mower includes a main body, a supporting part, and an operating part. The main body includes at least one driving wheel and a motor and the motor drives the driving wheel to move. The supporting part is connected to the main body for the operator to hold with both hands. The operating part is used to adjust the rotation speed and/or steering of the motor, the operating part is connected to the supporting part, and the operating part is configured to be operated when the operator holds the supporting part.

Improved Crop Harvesting Apparatus
20220295707 · 2022-09-22 ·

An apparatus for selectively harvesting a plant material (such as tea plants) having a stem. The apparatus has a first plant material engaging element rotatable about a first axis, and a second plant material engaging element rotatable about a second axis in the opposite direction to, and synchronized at a fixed ratio with, rotation of the first engaging element. The first and second engaging elements each have a moveable engagement surface to entrap a first respective upper portion of a plant stem therebetween. With continued rotation, the first and second engaging elements pull the entrapped first respective upper portion of the plant over a time period so as cause increasing tension in a second respective lower portion of the plant stem. The second engaging element has a plant material breaking surface which is moveable along an arc so as to contact the second respective lower portion of the plant stem.

Reel Mower Cutting Bar
20220217903 · 2022-07-14 ·

A mower includes a frame, a blade assembly, and a reel. The blade assembly is supported by the frame for rotation about a first axis between an engaged position and a disengaged position. The reel is supported by the frame for rotation about a second axis. The reel defines an outer diameter relative to the second axis and engages the blade assembly at a contact location in the engaged position. The outer diameter defines a tangent at the contact location. A force in a direction substantially parallel to the tangent is operable to produce a first torque in a first direction about the first axis when the blade assembly is in the engaged position. The weight of the blade assembly is operable to produce a second torque in a second direction about the first axis when the blade assembly is in the engaged position.

Hand-held horizontal rotary trimmer with vented baffle

A lawn mower includes a housing with a baffle that defines an air path to produce a cross-flow. The baffle includes a vent to manipulate air pressures within the housing and facilitate movement of plant clippings. A hand-held device for trimming with a rotary blade assembly may also include a housing that defines an air path to produce a cross-flow. The hand-held trimming device may also a baffle with a vent to facilitate movement of plant clippings.

Trimmer Line Cutting Head for Mounting on a Drive Shaft of a Trimmer
20210059115 · 2021-03-04 ·

A trimmer line cutting head has a trimmer line spool rotatably supported about an axis of rotation and disposed slidably between housing and housing cover along the axis of rotation. A spring element pretensions the trimmer line spool in an operating position of the trimmer line cutting head. An indexing device has a terminal stop connecting the trimmer line spool in the operating position to the housing in fixed connection for common rotation of trimmer line spool and housing. By applying an actuating force to the indexing device, the trimmer line spool is adjustable from the operating position axially into an inoperative state of the trimmer line cutting head for paying out trimmer line. The indexing device has a rotational stop formed in a slot in a wall of the trimmer line spool and limiting rotation of the trimmer line spool relative to the housing in the inoperative state.
