Systems and methods are provided for generating a trackable video-based product. One method comprises receiving a video comprising a plurality of frames from a video database; receiving product information associated with at least one product for sale from a product database; and receiving annotation data linking the received product information to at least one of the plurality of frames from a metadata database. The method may further comprise modifying a database to include a link between the at least one of the plurality of frames and the product information and generating an augmented video using the annotation data and the received video. The method may further comprise delivering the augmented video to a client device, such as a user device of a consumer, and responsive thereto receiving a communication related to the delivered video, the communication comprising data relating to an interaction with the video; comparing the data relating to the interaction with the link in the database to determine an associated product; and delivering information associated with the determined associated product to the client device.

Systems and methods for enhanced sports-related media content access and display are provided. A user may want a media asset to continue to be output while selecting another media asset. A system may display a first and second sport for selection by a user. Upon user selection of the first sport, first and second sub-categories are displayed. User selection of a first sub-category causes display of sporting events in the first sub-category.

A broadcaster device generates a live stream including video-based commentary regarding a live event combined with an audio and/or video feed of the live event itself. A viewer device receives a copy of the integrated live event and commentator stream and synchronized event information (e.g., real-time scores), and displays the integrated stream and the event information (e.g., as a “scorebug”). Viewers of a given live event may seamlessly select amongst different broadcasters for the same live event to access different integrated live event and commentator streams respectively synchronized with the event information. Systems, devices and methods are described to process timed text that is associated with media or other video programming. Pre-set data that describes the particular format of the timed text that is associated with a program is initially received and stored at the media receiver prior to receiving the program with encoded timed text. The timed text that is associated with the received program is interpreted according to the pre-set data previously stored at the media receiver, and the program with the interpreted timed text is output to a display for presentation to the viewer.

Systems and methods for graphical data presentation during a sporting event broadcast are disclosed. A server platform is constructed and configured in network communication with at least one input device and at least one display device. The at least one input device transmits input data with time code related to the sporting event to the server platform in real time or near real time. The server platform processes the input data according to a production sequencing of the sporting event, thereby creating processed data. The server platform creates and integrates the processed data with a video presentation of the sporting event based on the production sequencing of the sporting event. The at least one display device displays a customized graphical presentation of the processed data with the video presentation.
