Image-capturing control apparatus, image-capturing control method, and storage medium for evaluating appearance of object
An image-capturing control apparatus controls an image capturing unit, which is configured to capture an image of a reference object serving as an evaluation reference, to obtain color information to be used for appearance evaluation of a target object. The image-capturing control apparatus includes a first obtaining unit configured to obtain data on a face orientation of an evaluation area on the target object and a second obtaining unit configured to, based on the data on the face orientation, control the image capturing unit such that the image capturing unit captures images of the reference object until the difference between the face orientation of the evaluation area and a face orientation of the reference object becomes smaller than a threshold value and obtain color information on the reference object for a case where the difference is smaller than the threshold value.
SYSTEMS, APPARATUS, AND METHODS FOR STABILIZATION AND BLENDING OF EXPOSURES
Systems, apparatus, and methods for stabilization and blending of exposures. So-called Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) techniques use image manipulation software to compensate for camera motion. Unfortunately, existing EIS techniques cannot compensate for artifacts introduced by low shutter speed (e.g., blurs). Various embodiments of the present disclosure generate stabilized images from multiple exposures. In one exemplary embodiment, the stabilized exposures are blended using a linear sum of the color data for each pixel of the image. By stabilizing each exposure and linearly summing the light information, the camera shake can be removed, and the subject motion blur can be controlled. The stabilization and blending techniques enable a mathematical emulation of a selected shutter angle from many high-speed exposures.
Information processing apparatus, system, control method of information processing apparatus, and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium
An information processing apparatus, comprising a display control unit configured to display, in a display area of a display device, an image captured by an imaging apparatus, an area designation unit configured to designate an area for the image displayed in the display area, an enlargement unit configured to extract and to enlarge and display a part of the image displayed in the display area, a determination unit configured to determine whether a position of the designated area is outside the display area as a result of enlarging and displaying the part of the image displayed in the display area, and a notification unit configured to notify, when a determination is made such that the position of the designated area is outside the display area, of the determination.
Photographing method and electronic device
This application provides a photographing method and an electronic device, and relates to the field of terminal technologies, to ensure stabilization performance existing during photographing in a zoom scenario, and improve definition of a photographing image. The method includes: obtaining a first photographing image through a first camera; determining a first crop ratio of the first photographing image based on a first zoom ratio of the first photographing image; cropping the first photographing image based on the first crop ratio; obtaining a second photographing image through the first camera in response to a first zoom operation; and cropping the second photographing image based on the second crop ratio; wherein the second crop ratio is greater than the first crop ratio, and a stabilization angle of the second photographing image is a product of the FOV of the first camera and the second crop ratio.
Image capturing control apparatus, image capturing control method, and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium
There is provided with an image capturing control apparatus. A setting unit is configured to set an arrangement of a plurality of image capturing units. The setting unit performs a first setting operation of deciding a relative arrangement of the plurality of image capturing units in accordance with a setting selected from a plurality of settings respectively defining the relative arrangement between the plurality of image capturing units and a second setting operation of deciding the arrangement of the plurality of image capturing units by rotating the plurality of image capturing units while maintaining the relative arrangement between the plurality of image capturing units decided by the first setting operation. A control unit is configured to control the arrangement of the plurality of image capturing units in accordance with a setting.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY STORAGE MEDIUM
A predetermined image correction process is automatically performed on an image, and information for identifying that the predetermined image correction process has been performed is displayed in a state that an image having undergone the predetermined image correction process is being displayed.
Multi-Angle Object Recognition
Methods, systems, and apparatus for controlling smart devices are described. In one aspect a method includes capturing, by a camera on a user device, a plurality of successive images for display in an application environment of an application executing on the user device, performing an object recognition process on the images, the object recognition process including determining that a plurality of images, each depicting a particular object, are required to perform object recognition on the particular object, and in response to the determination, generating a user interface element that indicates a camera operation to be performed, the camera option capturing two or more images, determining that a user, in response to the user interface element, has caused the indicated camera operation to be performed to capture the two or more images, and in response, determining whether a particular object is positively identified from the plurality of images.
IMAGING APPARATUS, IMAGING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
Provided are an imaging apparatus, an imaging method, and a program capable of accurately and simply controlling a movement sensitivity of an index displayed on a finder monitor to a sensitivity desired by a user by using a touch panel installed on a rear monitor. The imaging apparatus (10) has a finder that includes the finder monitor (13), the touch panel (31) that receives a swipe operation for moving the index, and an image processing unit (24). The image processing unit (24) includes a sensitivity setting unit that sets a first sensitivity for coarsely moving the index by the swipe operation or a second sensitivity for finely moving the index by detecting a contact operation to the touch panel in the swipe operation, and a movement control unit that moves the index on the basis of the swipe operation on the touch panel and the sensitivity set by the sensitivity setting unit.
