IMAGE CAPTURE SELECTION
Disclosed is a method for operating an endoscope system and an endoscope system comprising an image sensor and a processing device, the image sensor comprising an image sensor output, the processing device comprising an input connected to the image sensor output. The method comprising: consecutively receiving frames captured by the image sensor; receiving a first capture signal, indicative of an operator performing a first action associated with capturing a still image of the frames captured by the image sensor; storing a first plurality of frames of the frames captured by the image sensor; determining one or more quality properties of each of the first plurality of frames; and selecting a designated frame of the first plurality of frames based on the one or more quality properties.
IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE, IMAGING DEVICE, METHOD FOR CONTROLLING IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A digital camera includes: a display control unit that displays an image acquired by an imaging unit and setting values regarding the imaging on a display unit at the time of live-view image; and an image synthesis unit that synthesizes a plurality of images acquired by the imaging unit on the basis of the setting values, the display control unit displaying two or more setting values out of an exposure time per image out of the images to be synthesized, the number of images to be synthesized, and a total exposure time of the images to be synthesized, in an image synthesis mode in which a plurality of images are captured and synthesized.
CONTEXT-CONTROLLED VIDEO QUALITY CAMERA SYSTEM
A context-controlled video quality camera system running a software application to perform video quality settings actions in response to triggering conditions suggesting a recording context in which particular values of one or more video quality settings are preferred. Triggering conditions include a geolocation of a camera device, a present time, and/or sensed ambient conditions. Video quality settings actions include either automatically adjusting settings to the particular values or prompting a user to select whether to adjust the settings. Rules having triggering conditions and corresponding video quality settings actions can include default rules of the software application. The rules can be updated on the user's own initiative or in response to identified triggering patterns of user activity, either automatically or as selected by a user in response to automatic pro
Anatomically intelligent echochardiography for point-of-care
An apparatus includes an imaging probe and is configured for dynamically arranging presentation of visual feedback for guiding manual adjustment, via the probe, of a location, and orientation, associated with the probe. The arranging is selectively based on comparisons between fields of view of the probe and respective results of segmenting image data acquired via the probe. In an embodiment, the apparatus includes a sensor which guides a decision that acoustic coupling quality is insufficient, the apparatus issuing a user alert upon the decision.
IMAGE CAPTURING METHOD USING WIRELESS COMMUNICATION AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE SUPPORTING SAME
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a communication circuit, a memory, at least one camera, and a processor operatively connected to the communication circuit, the memory, and the at least one camera and is configured to obtain information related to the location of at least one external electronic device on the basis of a signal received from the at least one external electronic device via the communication circuit, receive information of a subject related to the at least one external electronic device from the at least one external electronic device via the communication circuit, and configure image capturing information of the at least one camera on the basis of the information related to the location of the external electronic device and the information of the subject.
Camera battery control method for low ambient temperatures
A camera system includes a lens assembly and image processing electronics internal to the camera housing and thermally coupled to the battery assembly. The battery assembly is sensitive to low ambient temperatures and may become damaged if the temperature of the assembly becomes sufficiently low. The camera system comprises a thermal management system that dissipates heat from electronic components of the camera to increase or maintain the temperature of the battery assembly. The thermal management configures the electronic components in different modes to create a step-wise increase of the resistive heat generated in the camera system and thereby increase the temperature of the components in the camera system.
VIEWFINDER RING FLASH
The technical problem of enhancing the quality of an image captured by a front facing camera in low light conditions is addressed by displaying the viewfinder of a front facing camera with an illuminating border, termed a viewfinder ring flash. A viewfinder ring flash acts as a ring flash in low light conditions. A viewfinder ring flash may be automatically generated and presented in the camera view user interface (UI) when the digital sensor of a front facing camera detects a low light indication based on intensity of incident light detected by the digital image sensor of the camera.
USER INTERFACE FOR IMAGE CAPTURE
The present disclosure provides systems, apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media that support linking paused video recordings captured over a period of time. In a first aspect, a method of image processing may include determining a match between first image data and second image data; presenting an indication to a user of the match; receiving user input responsive to the indication; and based on determining the match and the user input indicating to combine the first image data and the second image data, determining output image data comprising at least some of the first image data and at least some of the second image data. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.
ELECTRIC QUANTITY INDICATING METHOD AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electric quantity indicating method and an electronic device are provided. The method is performed by an electronic device. The electronic device includes a device body and a detachable camera module. The method includes: receiving first information sent by the detachable camera module, where the first information includes electric quantity information of the power supply of the detachable camera module; and according to the first information, displaying a target identifier on the device body; where the target identifier is an electric quantity identifier of the power supply of the detachable camera module in the electronic device.
Image processing apparatus, image processing method, and storage medium
To improve user convenience as to adjustment for vibration correction of a captured image captured by an image capturing apparatus, a feature portion evaluation unit refers to feature portions selected by a feature portion selection unit and determines whether feature portions necessary for vibration isolation have been acquired from a reference image. The feature portion evaluation unit has the function of notifying information about the feature portions of the reference image in a case where the acquired feature portions do not satisfy a predetermined condition, that is, in a case where the reliability of the acquired feature portions does not reach a predetermined level.
