Imaging Apparatus And Imaging Method

This invention relates to an imaging apparatus and an imaging method for supplying an optimum amount of image data to another apparatus. When a PDA 91 has a maximum transfer rate of 1.5 Mbps, a mobile phone 1 determines that a maximum speed of communication with the PDA 91 is low, reduces accordingly the amount of moving image data captured by a CCD of the mobile phone, and supplies the captured moving image data to the PDA 91. The PDA 91 displays a low-quality moving image 93 on its display unit. When the PDA 91 has a maximum transfer rate of 480 Mbps, the CPU of the mobile phone leaves unchanged the amount of moving picture data captured by the CCD and supplies the captured moving image data to the PDA 91. The PDA 91 then displays a high-quality moving image 94 on the display unit. This invention applies advantageously to digital cameras.

Multi-camera system content capture and management

Synchronization of simultaneously captured media in a multi-camera system is performed using a consistent file structure within the cameras. A primary camera receives a bitmap describing the file and folder utilization of each of one or more secondary cameras. The primary camera selects a folder number and file position number that is commonly available across all cameras. The primary camera directs the secondary cameras to store subsequently simultaneously captured media content at the selected file number and folder position number. During post-processing, simultaneously-captured content is accessed based on common folder numbers and file position numbers. A post-processing system compares a timestamp associated with each content file in a group with matching folder numbers and file position numbers to identify false positive groupings.

ENHANCED TELESTRATOR FOR WEARABLE DEVICES

Enhanced telestrators are presented. Such enhanced telestrators provide visual elements (e.g. annotations and/or visual cues) to a user of a wearable device, such as a head-mounted display device. The visual elements may be superimposed, combined, composited, blended, and/or layered over image data displayed by a display device included in the wearable device. The visual elements may also be projected (by a projection system included in the wearable device), onto physical surfaces of the user's environment. Such projection systems may include lasers and/or light emitting diodes for photon source. The projection systems are enabled to project the visual elements onto surfaces of the environment of the user of the wearable device. More particularly, the various embodiments herein provide annotations and/or visual cues superimposed over image data viewed by the user and/or projected onto (and reflected by) physical surfaces the user's environment, via a photon-emitter.

METHOD AND SYSTEM HAVING AN APPLICATION FOR IPV6 EXTENSION HEADERS AND DESTINATION OPTIONS
20190068498 · 2019-02-28 · ·

A system that facilitates processing of data packets in an Internet Protocol (IP) network environment, which includes a computer device having an Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) extensions application, and wherein the IPv6 extensions application performs the following steps: setting an IPv6 extension header policy for the computer device; retrieving an original IPv6 packet from a network stack on the computer device, the original IPv6 packet having an extension header or destination option; determining if a designated route in the extension header or destination option is in accordance with the IPv6 extension header policy for the computer device; and if the designated route is in accordance with the IPv6 extension header policy, modifying the extension header or destination option for the computer device to generate a modified IPv6 packet, and sending the modified IPv6 packet on the IPv6 network.

A communication device includes a processor and a memory storing wireless information used for establishing wireless connection with a specific access point and instructions. The instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the communication device to: search a first-type master station device for a first-type wireless network identified by a first predetermined character string; and search a second-type master station device for a second-type wireless network identified by a second predetermined character string in a case different from a case where the number of first-type target device found as a search result for the first-type master station device is one. The instructions, when executed, further causing the communication device to establish wireless connection with a second-type target device that is the second-type master station and join the second-type wireless network; and transmit the wireless information to the second-type target device by using the second-type wireless network.
