The spacer is elastically deformable. The spacer is elastically deformed in a second state in such a manner that the maximum distance of the contact region is at most the same size as the cutting radius, and the spacer is arranged completely outside the cutting plane of the cutting tool.

A walk power mower has a traction drive system that includes a front transmission powering a pair of front wheels and a rear transmission powering a pair of rear wheels. A first one of the transmissions provides forward motion of the mower when it is active and a second one of the transmissions provides rearward motion of the mower when it is active. A slidable handle grip on the handle having a cross bar long enough to be gripped by both hands of the user activates the first one of the transmission when it is slid downwardly on a handle out of a neutral position thereof. The slidable handle grip activates the second one of the transmissions when it is slid upwardly on the handle out of the neutral position.

A lawn mower includes a main body and a power head mounted on the main body. The main body comprises a mounting shell recessed with a mounting groove. The power head comprises a motor assembly received in the mounting groove and a housing assembly covering the motor assembly. The motor assembly comprises a motor base assembled with the mounting shell and a motor fixed on the motor base. The bottom of the motor base is sealed and the side of the motor base is provided with an air outlet and a waterproof rib protruding from the air outlet for partial shielding. Compared with the prior art, the lawn mower has good waterproof performance.

The invention provides a lawn mower, which comprises a power assembly, a cutting blade driven by the power assembly, and a cover, wherein the cover comprises a main body, a rear cover pivotally connected to the rear of the main body, and a partition portion dividing the main body into a cutting cavity and a grass-collecting cavity, the partition portion comprising a baffle, the rear cover is selectively pivotal between an open position and a closed position. The baffle is driven by the rear cover.

A rotary cutting implement is disclosed. The rotary cutting implement includes a housing that extends along a longitudinal axis. The rotary cutting implement also includes an annular wall coupled to the housing to define a cutting chamber having a width defined from a first sidewall to a second sidewall. The annular wall includes a distribution deflector having a body that extends along an axis substantially transverse to the longitudinal axis to form the second sidewall of the cutting chamber. The distribution deflector distributes cut residue over substantially the width of the cutting chamber.
