The motor controller can be mounted on the circuit board, in electrical communication with the battery and the electric motor, thermally coupled to the heat sink, and configured selectively drive the electric motor with electric power supplied by the battery. The housing can include a first side, a second side, and a ventilation passage extending from the first side to the second side. The ventilation passage can be in fluid communication with the fan, and at least a portion of the heat sink is exposed to air flowing through the ventilation passage.
