A printing apparatus of the present invention has a printer unit, a display unit for displaying a screen, and a setting unit for setting either of a first setting for displaying the screen by standard color information and a second setting for displaying the screen by color information different to the standard color information. If the second setting is set, the color information of the screen displayed by the display unit is changed, and if a code image to be read by an external apparatus is included in the screen displayed by the display unit, the code image is made to not be displayed in a state in which color information of the code image is changed even if the second setting is set.

Digital signature authentication systems and methods are disclosed. An example method of authenticating a digital signature extracted from a high resolution image includes comparing an extracted signature from an image to a reference signature. The example method also includes authenticating the extracted signature against the reference signature according to one of a plurality of different authentication protocols.

A printing apparatus of the present invention makes wireless LAN connection in at least either one of a first connection mode for making wireless LAN connection to an image processing apparatus in which inherent authentication information is stored and a second connection mode for making wireless LAN connection to the image processing apparatus via a second access point provided by an apparatus other than the printing device and the image processing apparatus. The present invention relates to an image output device having an image quality adjustment function. A method for controlling a mobile terminal so as to control the image quality of a plurality of image output devices according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: generating a preview image on the basis of images corresponding to the plurality of image output devices, received through a camera, and extracting image quality information of the plurality of image output devices using the images corresponding to the plurality of image output devices, included in the preview image; and transmitting the extracted image quality information or image quality correction data corresponding to the image quality information to at least one image output device, the image quality of which is to be adjusted, among the plurality of image output devices.

An imaging sensor of an imaging reader senses return light from a target to be read by image capture along an imaging axis over a field of view that extends along mutually orthogonal, horizontal and vertical axes. Two aiming light assemblies are offset from the sensor, and direct an aiming light pattern at the target. Each of vehicles acquires its own position, and transmits an image of a nearby outside taken by an own camera and a piece of information of the own position. An information center communicatable wirelessly with the vehicles receives the images and the pieces of information of the vehicles' positions transmitted by the vehicles, and recognizes pieces of first character information appearing in the received images, respectively. An information processing apparatus to connect with a printer and a display, includes: a processor to control the printer to print one or more images that are obtained to output one or more printed images, in response to a print request received from a first user; and control the display to display the one or more images that have been printed with the printer, the images being displayed to one or more users other than the first user.
