MATERIAL WRAP SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATIC DRIVE TENSION COMPENSATION
A system for wrapping a material in a baler includes a feed element for feeding the material through a feed path. A drive element intermittently drives the feed element. A linking element couples the drive element with the feed element. A tensioning lever operates to vary tension on the linking element to intermittently drive or not drive the feed element. A knife mechanism operates to intersect the feed path to cut the material. An actuator moves the tensioning lever and the knife mechanism. A spring limits motion of the actuator based on a threshold magnitude of the tensioning lever so that the linking element is not over tensioned.
Indexing net wrap system
A wrapping mechanism is described that comprises at least two material support cylinders, a mechanism support cylinder, and a first and a second support plate, which are all rotatable about a support axis. The wrapping mechanism can comprise a pair of frame plates, a drive mechanism, a brake system, a lock mechanism, at least one feed roller and a feed plate. The wrapping mechanism can be integrated into an agricultural harvester such as a baler or combine.

HYDRAULIC BRAKE FOR WRAP MATERIAL
A bale wrap tensioning system includes a spindle that can be operatively coupled to a wrap material supply roll and a rotary hydraulic device that has a rotatable input shaft. The input shaft is coupled to the spindle for rotation with the wrap material supply roll. The bale wrap tensioning system includes a control valve that is operable to control a variable pressure of hydraulic fluid displaced by the rotary hydraulic device. The bale wrap tensioning system includes a controller for adjusting the control valve to alter the variable pressure of the hydraulic fluid displaced by the rotary hydraulic device.
WRAPPING DEVICE, BLOCKING DEVICE, BALER AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTMENT OF A BALER TO A WRAPPING MATERIAL
A wrapping device for wrapping a bale with a wrapping material for a baler includes a separating device having a knife arrangement and a blocking device. The separating device is movable between at least one wrapping means separating position and an inactive position. The blocking device prevents the separating device from being moved into the wrapping means separating position.
ENVELOPING DEVICE FOR ENVELOPING A BALE WITH AN ENVELOPING MATERIAL, A BALER, AND METHOD THEREOF
An enveloping device for enveloping a bale with an enveloping material for a baler includes a supply of the enveloping material. The supply is configured to feed the enveloping material to a pressing chamber of the baler through a feed gap. A braking device is provided for the enveloping material. The braking device is configured such that it has an effect that the enveloping material assumes an at least substantially predetermined position with respect to the pressing chamber of the baler to at least one working means of the baler or to the bale at either an end or a start of an enveloping operation.
WRAPPING ARRANGEMENT AND ROUND BALER WITH SUCH
A wrapping arrangement for an agricultural round baler includes a support frame and a wrapping mechanism including at least one wrap material feeding means mounted on the support frame. The at least one wrap material feeding means includes a supply of wrap material. At least one wrap material clamp and cutting device is operably mounted to the at least one wrap material feeding means, and a clamp mechanism is mounted proximate to the at least one wrap material clamp and cutting device. The clamp mechanism is adapted to clamp a free end of the wrap material by a biasing clamping force for pre-positioning the wrap material for functional operation with the wrapping mechanism.
Bale wrapping device
A bale wrapping device is described for a round baler. The bale wrapping device may include a supply reel for the wrapping material and a pressing device wherein the pressing device in an engagement position stands in engagement with the supply reel and for a standby position can be pivoted away from the supply reel, wherein the pressing device is connected at a contact point positioned on the pressing device to power means which generate via the contact point a controlling torque which acts on the pressing device. In order to facilitate the replacement of the supply reel and more particularly the pivoting of the pressing device out from an engagement position into a standby position, an adjusting means may be provided through which the contact point can be shifted and thus the controlling torque can be altered.
BALE WRAP MECHANISM
A bale wrap mechanism for use with a roll of wrap material, the bale wrap mechanism including a frame including a wrap chute formed from one or more perimeter walls, where the wrap chute defines a wrap axis extending longitudinally therethrough, and where the one or more perimeter walls at least partially define a passageway, a wrap arm coupled to the frame, the wrap arm having a mounting point movable with respect to the frame, and a shaft coupled to the mounting point and configured to support the roll of wrap material thereon, where the shaft is configured to travel along a wrap path during a wrapping process, where the wrap path surrounds the passageway, and where the wrap path is non-circular in shape.
