SPEAKER DEVICE
Provided is a speaker device achieving thinning and cost reduction. The speaker device includes a first speaker unit and a second speaker unit. An outer peripheral side of the speaker unit is provided with a folded portion protruding to an opposite side of a sound emission direction P. A flat portion is provided inside the folded portion. An opening is provided inside the flat portion. A voice coil bobbin is secured to the opening. A speaker unit is arranged in the voice coil bobbin. An external-magnet-type magnetic circuit is provided in the speaker unit. As a magnet of the magnetic circuit, a ferrite magnet having a large volume is used.
Magnetic Circuit System and Speaker Using Same
The present disclosure provides a magnetic circuit system. The magnetic circuit system comprises a main magnet assembly, the main magnet assembly includes a first main magnet, a second magnet spaced with the first main magnet, and a soft magnet clamped between the first main magnet and the second main magnet, poles of the first and second main magnets with a same polarity are opposite to each other, and the magnetic circuit system further comprises a clamping portion configured to fix the main magnet assembly. The present disclosure further provides a speaker using the magnetic circuit system. In the speaker provided by the present disclosure, through adding a clamping portion in the magnetic circuit system, the reliability of the magnetic circuit system can be enhanced, thereby improving acoustics performance of the speaker.

The present disclosure provide a speaker, including a vibrating system and a magnet portion driving the vibrating system, the vibrating system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil driving the diaphragm to vibrate, the diaphragm includes a first fixing portion, a second fixing portion and a vibrating portion connected between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion, the first fixing portion is fixed on the magnet portion, the second fixing portion is fixed on the frame, the vibrating portion includes a vibrating main portion and a first suspension and a second suspension provided at two ends of the vibrating main portion, the vibrating main portion vibrates at a side of the magnet portion under driving of the voice coil, the magnet portion is provided with an avoiding step at a position corresponding to the first suspension so as to avoid vibration of the first suspension.

A speaker includes a frame having an accommodation space; a magnetic circuit system accommodated in the accommodation space; and a vibration system accommodated in the accommodation space for generating sound. The vibration system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil. The diaphragm includes a first part fixed with the frame and a second part arranged between the first part and the frame. One end of the second part is connected with the first part. The accommodation space is divided by the second part into a first accommodation space for accommodating the magnetic circuit system and a second accommodation space for accommodating the voice coil.

The present disclosure provides a speaker, including a frame, a vibrating system and a magnet portion accommodated in the frame, the vibrating system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil which drives the diaphragm to vibrate, the diaphragm includes a first suspension at a central position of the diaphragm, a second suspension at an edge position of the diaphragm and a dome connected between the first suspension and the second suspension, an inner periphery of the first suspension is fixed on the magnet portion, an outer periphery of the first suspension is connected with the dome, an inner periphery of the second suspension is connected with the dome, an outer periphery of the second suspension is fixed on the frame, a stiffness of the first suspension is different from a stiffness of the second suspension. Comparing with the related art, the speaker of the present disclosure guarantees sounding effect.
Speaker
The present disclosure provides a speaker including a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system, wherein the vibration system includes a first vibration diaphragm and a second vibration diaphragm which are fixed to two opposite sides of the frame, the magnetic circuit system includes a bobbin, a magnet fixed in the bobbin and spaced from an inner wall of the bobbin, a first pole plate fixed on one side of the magnet close to the first vibration diaphragm, a second pole plate fixed to one side of the magnet close to the second vibration diaphragm, and a third pole plate fixed outside the bobbin and spaced from an outer wall of the bobbin. The first voice coil assembly and the second voice coil assembly move inside and outside in a staggered manner, which saves a Z-directional space of the speaker and achieves higher magnetic field efficiency.
TWEETER AND AUTOMOBILE AUDIO SYSTEM
Disclosed are a tweeter and an automobile audio system. The tweeter comprises: a bracket; a diaphragm comprising a top portion and an edge ring; a magnetic motor system; and a voice coil. A first cavity is formed between the top portion of the diaphragm, an inner wall of the voice coil, and the magnetic motor system. The bracket has an annular inner flange and an annular outer flange, the edge ring of the diaphragm is connected to the outer flange of the bracket, and the magnetic motor system is connected to the inner flange of the bracket, so that a second cavity is formed between the edge ring of the diaphragm, an outer wall of the voice coil, and the bracket. A through hole is opened on the voice coil, and the first cavity is in communication with the second cavity by the through hole.
Speaker unit for earphone
Disclosed is a speaker unit for an earphone. The speaker unit includes a frame, a magnet, a plate fixed to the frame and coming into contact with the magnet, a diaphragm, a coil disposed to be radially overlapped with the magnet and the plate, and a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB). Here, the FPCB includes a first area fixed to the diaphragm, a second area connected to the frame, and a plurality of third areas configured to connect the first area to the second area. The third area includes a contact point connected to the coil. The third areas each include at least one bent area, and a space is disposed between the third areas adjacent to each other.

A speaker unit is provided. The speaker unit may include a frame; a yoke elongated on the frame along a front-to-rear direction; a first magnet disposed on one side of the yoke; a first plate disposed on one side of the first magnet; a first diaphragm disposed on one side of the first plate; a first coil fixed to the first diaphragm; a second magnet disposed on the other side of the yoke; a second plate disposed on the other side of the second magnet; a second diaphragm disposed on the other side of the second plate; a substrate disposed on the frame; a microphone electrically connected to the substrate; and a second coil fixed to the second diaphragm, wherein the first magnet and the second magnet are both in contact with the yoke, the frame includes a seating portion, and the microphone is disposed in the seating portion.

The loudspeaker module composes a housing, a loudspeaker unit being received in the housing, the loudspeaker unit is electrically connected with a module external circuit via a cable, an end of the cable located in the interior of the module is electrically connected with the loudspeaker unit, an end of the cable located external to the module is electrically connected with the module external circuit a positioning slot is disposed at a position on the housing corresponding to the cable in the interior of the module, the cable is restricted in the positioning slot, a hot melt line is disposed on each of end faces of sidewalls on both sides of the positioning slot, and the hot melt lines, after being hot molten, encapsulate the cable in the positioning slot.
