SPEAKER UNIT FOR EARPHONE
A speaker unit is provided. The speaker unit may include a frame; a yoke elongated on the frame along a front-to-rear direction; a first magnet disposed on one side of the yoke; a first plate disposed on one side of the first magnet; a first diaphragm disposed on one side of the first plate; a first coil fixed to the first diaphragm; a second magnet disposed on the other side of the yoke; a second plate disposed on the other side of the second magnet; a second diaphragm disposed on the other side of the second plate; a substrate disposed on the frame; a microphone electrically connected to the substrate; and a second coil fixed to the second diaphragm, wherein the first magnet and the second magnet are both in contact with the yoke, the frame includes a seating portion, and the microphone is disposed in the seating portion.
SIGNAL CONVERTER
A signal converter includes a chamber, a first diaphragm, a second diaphragm, and a first converter. The chamber has a first opening at one end and a second opening at a second end opposite the first end. The first diaphragm is disposed so as to cover the first opening. The second diaphragm is disposed so as to cover the second opening. The first converter is disposed in the chamber and configured to generate a first signal based on a vibration of the first diaphragm.
Tablet woofer and electronic device using same
A tablet woofer and an electronic device using same. The woofer comprises a vibrating diaphragm, at least four mutually independent drive units, and a housing. The vibrating diaphragm is a rectangle shape, and comprises a rigid arc portion at the central position and a spiral curve portion at the periphery; the drive unit comprises a voice coil unit and a corresponding magnetic circuit unit, and four angles of the arc portion of the vibrating diaphragm are each combined with one voice coil unit; the housing is provided with mounting holes for accommodating and mounting the drive units, and sound holes penetrating through the mounting plane; the spiral curve portion of the vibrating diaphragm is fixedly connected to the periphery of the upper side of the housing.
Speaker Structure
The present invention provides a speaker structure, comprising a vibrating component, an electromagnetic component, an casing and an integral washer conductive sheet. The electromagnetic component comprises a central magnet and peripheral magnets which are disposed around the central magnet. The integral washer conductive sheet replaces a washer structure and an conductive sheet structure in a traditional speaker structure and is integrally formed by the washer and an conductive sheet which are combined into one part. The integral washer conductive sheet comprises a washer part and an conductive sheet part, wherein the washer part is disposed on the peripheral magnets and the conductive sheet part extends out of the casing. By adopting the integral washer conductive sheet according to the present invention, those skilled in the art can simplify an internal structure of the speaker, save production materials, simplify molding and assembling procedures, and improve production efficiency.
ELECTRODYNAMIC SOUND TRANSDUCER
There is provided an electrodynamic sound transducer comprising a chassis and at least one diaphragm which is capable of vibrating and which at its edge has at least two oppositely disposed fixing portions for fixing the diaphragm to the chassis. The edge of the diaphragm is not connected to the chassis between the fixing portions so that the diaphragm can vibrate freely at those locations.
DIAPHRAGM STRUCTURE
A diaphragm structure including a suspension side edge and a central part is provided. The suspension side edge is connected to a periphery of the central part and surrounds the central part. The central part includes a main body part and a structural strengthening part, and the structural strengthening part is formed at a top end of the main body part.
Bonding structure of diaphragm for receiver
Disclosed is a bonding structure of a diaphragm for a receiver and a method thereof. The diaphragm of the receiver includes a center diaphragm and a side diaphragm elastically supporting the center diaphragm, formed by heat and pneumatic pressure, and bonded to the center diaphragm. At least one of the center diaphragm and the side diaphragm is formed of a thermoplastic elastomer film.
Diaphragm for producing sound and speaker using same
The present disclosure discloses a diaphragm for radiating sound, including: a dome; a suspension surrounding the dome, including a first connecting portion adjacent to the dome and having a first surface and a second surface, a suspending portion extending from and surrounding the first connecting portion, and a second connecting portion extending from and surrounding the suspending portion. The suspending portion includes a convex part along a direction from the second surface to the first surface, an inner edge connecting to the first connecting portion, and an outer edge connecting to the second connecting portion. The diaphragm further includes glue layers located on corners of the first surface of the first connecting portion, extending from the inner edge toward the dome. The present disclosure further includes a speaker incorporating the diaphragm.
MULTI-RANGE SPEAKER CONTAINING MULTIPLE DIAPHRAGMS
Embodiments are disclosed of a speaker capable of producing multi-frequency-range sound using bar magnets, multiple diaphragms, and a shared planar voice coil. The planar voice coil is located between the bar magnets and translates a received electric signal into the kinetic energy that vibrates the diaphragms, thus reproducing multi-frequency range sound. In some embodiments, the speaker generates bi-directional sound.
Speaker assembly with front panel
The invention relates to a loudspeaker unit (10), which includes a housing (12) that has a peripheral housing edge (14) and a front element (20), and a loudspeaker, which is arranged inside the housing (12), wherein the loudspeaker has an in particular dome-shaped diaphragm, which is arranged behind the front element (20). In order to improve the loudspeaker unit (10) having the loudspeaker and the housing (12), according to the invention, the front element (20) has a multiplicity of passage openings (26), and the individual passage openings (26) are formed in the manner of a labyrinth.
