Acoustic transducers with a low pressure zone and diaphragms having enhanced compliance
An acoustic transducer for generating electrical signals in response to acoustic signals, comprises a first diaphragm having a first corrugation formed therein. A second diaphragm has a second corrugation formed therein, and is spaced apart from the first diaphragm such that a cavity having a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure is formed therebetween. A back plate is disposed between the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm. One or more posts extend from at least one of the first diaphragm or the second diaphragm towards the other through the back plate. The one or more posts prevent each of the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm from contacting the back plate due to movement of the first diaphragm and/or the second diaphragm towards the back plate. Each of the first corrugation and the second corrugation protrude outwardly from the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm, respectively, away from the back plate.
LOUDSPEAKER CONE WITH RAISED CURVED PROTRUSIONS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING RESONANT MODES
A loudspeaker transducer diaphragm or cone (e.g., 201, 301 or 401) is configured with arcuate protrusions that project distally from the main forward or distal surface 230 to provide stiffening and a break-up of resonant vibration modes when the loudspeaker is in use. The protrusions (e.g., 210, 310 or 410) are convex on one surface 230 and concave on the opposite surface 234, so their average thickness is similar to the frustoconical areas of the cone, i.e. they are shell-like in nature rather than solid mounds or walls. The protrusions 210 are generally curved as they run radially from the inner opening 204 to the outer peripheral edge to encourage modal break-up (suppressing strong vibrational modes, e.g., as in region 155).
SPEAKER AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A speaker including a frame;a magnetic circuit system fixed to the frame, comprises a plurality of magnetic circuit devices connected to each with a magnetic gap;a vibration system driven by the magnetic to vibrator, comprises a diaphragm fixed to the frame and a plurality of voice coil assembly inserted into the magnetic gap drive the diaphragm vibrate jointly. the speaker can drive the diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound with a greater driving force, and the magnetic circuit system has a higher magnetic field. The efficiency makes the speaker have a better sound effect.
Knurled speaker diaphragm
A speaker may be configured with at least one diaphragm positioned proximal to and separated from an array of magnets. The diaphragm may consist of a substrate and at least one patterned electrically conductive trace with a portion of the diaphragm knurled to provide a ridge extending a height above the diaphragm that is at least twice a thickness of the diaphragm.

DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY
A diaphragm assembly according to the present invention comprises: a diaphragm for generating sound pressure by means of vibration; and an edge, which is made from an elastic material and has one side coupled to the diaphragm and has the other side coupled to a fixing end, wherein the diaphragm comprises: a diaphragm plane generating sound pressure by means of vibration, and having a rim; an extending part formed by extending outwards from at least a portion of the diaphragm plane; and a coupling part formed at the end of the extending part and coupled to the fixing end. One side of the edge is coupled to the rim of the diaphragm plane. The extending part and/or the coupling part is not formed at a long-axis portion.
Interior component of a vehicle
An interior component of a vehicle comprises a carrier having a front face directed toward a passenger compartment of the vehicle and an opposite rear face; a speaker including an at least partially transparent diaphragm and a transducer coupled to the diaphragm. Movement of the transducer causes vibration of the diaphragm to generate sound by vibration of the diaphragm, the diaphragm having a front face directed towards the passenger compartment and an opposite rear face. The carrier provides a support along at least part of the periphery of the diaphragm where the diaphragm is attached to the carrier where the front face and the rear face of the diaphragm are free of the carrier across a part of the diaphragm surface so that the diaphragm is suspended in the carrier of the interior component.
SPEAKER DEVICE
Provided is a speaker device achieving thinning and cost reduction. The speaker device includes a first speaker unit and a second speaker unit. An outer peripheral side of the speaker unit is provided with a folded portion protruding to an opposite side of a sound emission direction P. A flat portion is provided inside the folded portion. An opening is provided inside the flat portion. A voice coil bobbin is secured to the opening. A speaker unit is arranged in the voice coil bobbin. An external-magnet-type magnetic circuit is provided in the speaker unit. As a magnet of the magnetic circuit, a ferrite magnet having a large volume is used.
