Damper and speaker apparatus

A damper and a speaker apparatus includes the damper, which suppresses damage to an oscillatory system from an excessive input signal, enabling an efficiency increase of the speaker apparatus. As a damper has a planar surface, undue deformation of the oscillatory system due to an excessive input signal is suppressed, and damage to the oscillatory system can be suppressed. Furthermore, since the deformation of a corrugation portion by a normal input signal is hardly prevented, a reduction in sound pressure of the speaker apparatus with respect to an input signal is suppressed, enabling an increase in efficiency. Furthermore, the planar surface is extended at a height in a thickness direction different from that of an attachment portion. Thus, rising portions are deformed when a voice coil bobbin is oscillated, enabling suppression of rupture of the damper in the vicinity of a boundary between the planar surface and the attachment portion.

In one embodiment, there is described a new transducer, and in particular an improved system and method for producing linear motion for a transducer such as used in voice coils converting from an electrical input to a mechanical linear motion input.

Speaker with hidden folding ring

A speaker with a hidden folding ring includes a basin frame, a magnetic circuit system mounted on the basin frame, a voice coil disposed in a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit system and a diaphragm. The diaphragm is of a concave structure, and an outer edge end of the diaphragm is connected to an inner bracket of the basin frame through a folding ring. The folding ring is located below the diaphragm, so that a cavity formed between the folding ring and the basin frame. An inner peripheral end of the diaphragm engaged to the voice coil. The present invention effectively increases the radiation area of the diaphragm, and obtains a higher SPL than the existing speaker of the same size, thereby improving the acoustic performance of the speaker.

Loudspeaker with closed membrane and relative assembly method

An assembly method of a loudspeaker with closed membrane provides for preassembling a mobile unit having two centering devices fixed to a voice coil; pre-assembling a fixed unit that has a basket fixed to a magnetic unit, assembling the mobile unit in the fixed unit, by a centering device; extracting the centering device and fixing a closed membrane to the voice coil and to the basket.

ELECTROACOUSTIC TRANSDUCER

An electroacoustic transducer includes: a diaphragm; a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap; a frame that holds the diaphragm and the magnetic circuit; a voice coil having one end portion positioned within the magnetic gap and the other end portion coupled to the diaphragm; and a low friction material that is disposed in a sliding portion formed by the voice coil and the magnetic circuit, and includes polymer compounds swollen with liquid.
