Earpiece Intra-Auricular Support System
An earpiece including an intra-auricular support, a projection element coupled thereto, and a flexible body disposed thereon and inside an external ear canal of an ear, and a moldable earpiece material moldable about the intra-auricular support to conform to the auricle of an ear and curable to provide a fixed configuration of the earpiece.

Hearing device with vent
An earpiece housing includes: an ear canal part to be introduced into an ear canal of a user, wherein the ear canal part extends along an ear canal axis of the earpiece, the ear canal part having a first end configured to be positioned in the ear canal of the user; a first protrusion with a first outer surface; and a second protrusion with a second outer surface; and an intermediate space between the first protrusion and the second protrusion; wherein the first protrusion is between the first end of the ear canal part and the second protrusion along the ear canal axis, the first protrusion comprising a first channel part configured to provide fluid communication between an ear canal cavity and the intermediate space, the second protrusion comprising a second channel part configured to provide fluid communication between the intermediate space and a surrounding of the user.
Universal adjustable ear tip
An audio device for insertion into an ear canal of a user that includes an adjustable ear tip. The ear tip is formed by a sleeve disposed on a body of the audio device with a first end of the sleeve coupled to an output end of the body. In a retracted state, the sleeve lies alongside an exterior surface of the body. Movement of the second end relative to the body moves the second end axially along the body and flexes the sleeve radially outward away from the body. An extent of movement of the second end is selectable to provide a radial dimension of the sleeve and thus the ear tip that provides a suitable fit of the audio device with a user's ear canal.
Configurable hearing devices
An earpiece includes: a first portion configured for placement in an ear canal, the first portion having an asymmetrical configuration; wherein the first portion is configured to exhibit a first property in a first state in response to a stimulus, and to exhibit a second property in a second state in an absence of the stimulus; and wherein the first portion is elastically compressible when the first portion is in the first state and the second state. A hearing device includes: a component configured to provide an output; and an earpiece having a first portion configured to change shape or a material property in response to the output provided by the component.
METHOD FOR ADAPTING AN OTOPLASTIC OF A HEARING AID, HEARING AID, AND HEARING AID SYSTEM
In a method for adapting an otoplastic of a hearing aid, a flexible outer shell is provided which is made of a material that can be cured, but has not yet been cured. A housing interior is sealed at the end facing the eardrum and at the opposite end. The housing interior is connected to a pressure and curing facilitator via a pressure inlet opening. The outer shell is introduced into the ear canal of the hearing aid wearer, and an inner pressure with an increased inner pressure value is applied to the housing interior via the pressure and curing facilitator such that the outer shell lies against the ear canal wall. The hardening process of the curable material is then initiated via the pressure and curing facilitator while maintaining the inner pressure value.
FIXATION METHODS FOR DEVICES IN TUBULAR STRUCTURES
A method and system of traversing a device through an accommodating conduit to reach a target area within the accommodating conduit can include varying an amount of elasticity of the device or an amount of torsion moment of the device applied to the accommodating conduit or varying both to minimize bending forces as the device traverses the accommodating conduit. The method or system upon reaching the target area within the accommodating conduit, can further include varying the elasticity or the torsion moment of the device or varying both to cause the device to stiffen. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Earpiece
An earpiece is provided. The earpiece can deform flexibly so as to follow the earhole when in use, and the earpiece can be manufactured easily. An earpiece includes an earpiece body and a filler filled in the earpiece body. The earpiece body has a container-like base member formed of a rubber-like elastic diaphragm that is shaped like a container and has an opening portion. The earpiece body also has a lid member that seals the opening portion liquid-tightly. The filler is flowable at room temperature.
HEARING AND MONITORING SYSTEM
Systems and methods for assisting user with hearing by amplifying sound using an amplifier with gain and amplitude controls for a plurality of frequencies; and applying a learning machine to identify an aural environment and adjust the amplifiers for optimum hearing.
