The radio link failure reporting method includes: detecting, by user equipment (UE), occurrence of a radio link failure (RLF); and storing, by the UE, radio link failure information in an RLF report, wherein if the UE has performed a handover procedure before the RLF, the radio link failure information includes: information for indicating the type of the handover procedure; a global cell identity and a tracking area code of a cell where the latest handover command was received; and an elapsed time starting from reception of the latest handover command.
Radio access network controller-based mobility optimization
Radio access network controller-based mobility optimization is disclosed. Mobility reports are received at a radio access network controller from multiple network node devices, each mobility report reporting at least one individual failure event to complement one or more aggregated mobility event counters and/or one or more aggregated performance measurement reports. The mobility reports are related to client devices in one or more service areas. The radio access network controller analyzes the received mobility reports. In response to the analyzing resulting in a perceived need for an update of a cell configuration of a service area of the one or more service areas, the radio access network controller determines updated cell configuration information for the service area. The updated cell configuration information is transmitted from the radio access network controller to-wards at least one network node device in the service area.
CONTROL DEVICE, COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM, SYSTEM, AND CONTROL METHOD
Provided is a control device which controls a flight vehicle which forms a multi-cell including a plurality of cells on a ground to provide a wireless communication service to user terminals in the multi-cell, the control device including an output control unit which performs control such that in response to a state where a second flight vehicle which is to replace a first flight vehicle controlled by the control device has started forming a plurality of cells to be aligned with a position of each of the plurality of cells formed by the first flight vehicle, each of the plurality of cells formed by the second flight vehicle being in a same frequency band as that of each of the plurality of cells formed by the first flight vehicle, radio wave output of the plurality of cells of the first flight vehicle continuously falls.

Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for supporting cognitive service driven handover are provided. One method may include signaling at least one user equipment to start performing and logging quality of experience (QoE) related measurements, and transmitting a request for a report on handover performance to the at least one user equipment. The method may also include receiving the handover performance report, from the at least one user equipment, including at least one service identifier of a service running on the at least one user equipment and the quality of experience (QoE) related measurements.
CONNECTION DESTINATION SWITCHING CONTROL METHOD, COMMUNICATION APPARATUS AND PROGRAM
A connection destination switching control method executed by a communication apparatus, the connection destination switching control method comprising: a data acquisition step of acquiring observed values of received power of signals transmitted from a base station; a prediction processing step of predicting future received power by using the observed values acquired in the data acquisition step as input data into a prediction model; and a connection destination switching processing step of executing control for handover based on the future received power predicted in the prediction processing step.
Conditional Handover OAM Measurements
A radio base station in a mobile communication network sends a handover request message to multiple target base stations to initiate handover of a wireless device. The radio base station maintains one or more handovers counters used for monitoring and evaluating performance. The base station receives one or more handover response messages from respective target base stations. In response to receiving the one or more handover response messages, the base station increments a handover counter associated with the wireless device once regardless of a number of the handover response messages received.
