Described herein is a cell measurement reporting method and a related device and system. The method includes receiving, by a user equipment, measurement configuration information configured by a network side, and selecting a serving cell according to the measurement configuration information; and measuring, by the user equipment, the selected serving cell according to the measurement configuration information, and when determining that a measurement result of the serving cell meets the trigger event, sending, by the user equipment to the network side according to an indication of the measurement configuration information, a measurement report that carries the trigger event.

The deployment involves positioning a plurality of communication relay appliances along the trajectory of the VM to form, between the VM and the rear base, a two-way, linear wireless mesh communication network, such that the communications between the moving vehicle and the rear base maintain a communication link quality Q that is equal to or greater than a threshold value S. Each communication relay appliance is an autonomous mobile appliance, called Autonomous Robotic Communication Relay RCRA, capable of autonomously moving and of being positioned along the trajectory T followed by the VM in order to allow the quality of the communication link to be maintained.

Embodiments of this application provide a channel switching method, an electronic device, and a storage medium, and relate to the field of communication technologies. The method includes: in response to a monitored scenario change, detecting a second network channel based on a service type of the first application, and determining a path of the second network channel based on a detection result; obtaining packets of the first application on the first network channel; and determining a characteristic packet flow from a plurality of packet flows of the first application, collecting statistics on packets in the characteristic packet flow to obtain a first statistical result, and switching the characteristic packet flow to the second network channel based on the first statistical result. The method provided by the embodiments of this application can improve switching efficiency of the network channel, thereby ensuring running smoothness of an application.
COMMUNICATION METHOD AND COMMUNICATION APPARATUS
Embodiments of this application provide for a communication method and a related apparatus. In the method, an access and mobility management function network element receives a first correspondence between a first identifier and a quality of experience (QoE) target. The first correspondence includes the first identifier, the first identifier indicates an identifier of a first terminal device at an application layer, and the QoE target indicates a service QoE target of the first terminal device. The access and mobility management function network element determines a second identifier based on the first identifier. The access and mobility management function network element sends a second correspondence between the second identifier and the QoE target, where the second identifier indicates an identifier of the first terminal device in a network. According to the foregoing method, a service QoE requirement for a specified terminal device can be met.

The method may comprise the steps of: receiving, from an NTN serving cell, a measurement configuration for an NTN cell including a measurement configuration for the NTN serving cell; transmitting, to the NTN serving cell, location information and/or propagation delay information about the UE; receiving, from the NTN serving cell, triggering information for triggering the measurement of the NTN serving cell and/or an NTN neighboring cell on the basis of the measurement configuration for the NTN cell; and measuring the NTN neighboring cell.
