ULTRA-BROADBAND RADIO LINK IDENTIFICATION FOR OUTDOOR SMALL CELL SITE LOCATIONS

A method and system for identifying radio transmission links for one or more cells within a network. The method includes receiving location data with respect to a cell within the network, determining if a first line of sight is substantially clear between the cell and a first nearest radio transmitter to the cell, upon determining that the first line of sight is substantially clear between the cell and the first nearest radio transmitter to the cell, determining if the first nearest radio transmitter is a first transmission medium location, and upon determining that the first nearest radio transmitter is the first transmission medium location, creating a radio transmission link between the cell and the first nearest radio transmitter to the cell.

A communication system includes a first communication apparatus, a second communication apparatus, and a third communication apparatus. The first communication apparatus transfers content data to the second communication apparatus and the third communication apparatus using wireless communication. The second communication apparatus includes a first communication unit that transfers first control data including a reception request for receiving the content data transferred by the first communication apparatus if the wireless communication between the second communication apparatus and the first communication apparatus is disconnected. The third communication apparatus includes a second communication unit that transfers the content data transferred by the first communication apparatus to the second communication apparatus using the wireless communication if the third communication apparatus receives the first control data from the second communication apparatus.

METHOD AND TSN BRIDGE FOR OPTIMIZING PERFORMANCE OF AN INDOOR INDUSTRIAL NETWORK AND AN INDUSTRIAL NETWORK
20240414675 · 2024-12-12 · ·

Disclosed is a computer-implemented method and a TSN bridge for optimizing performance of an indoor industrial network, an indoor industrial network therefor, and a method for predicting network problems in an indoor industrial network. The method optimizes the performance of an indoor industrial network by utilizing an AI module in a TSN bridge. The AI module receives SINR and Delay information from a sync agent in a mobile router, environmental parameters from sensors, and obstacle data from cameras. The AI module identifies potential time accuracy deterioration in device clocks based on the received data. This information is then communicated to a CNC and a CUC for adjustment of data packet size. Finally, a User Plane Function sync agent is instructed to send updated time information to the devices for clock adjustments.

Configuration of routing areas within an area of interest

Improving configuration of routing areas within an area of interest can include obtaining input data including a list of common language location identifiers within a defined area of interest and identification of a number of routing areas to be created within the area of interest; creating a bounding rectangle around the area of interest represented by the list of common language location identifiers; generating, within the bounding rectangle, a uniformly distributed sequence point; determining, from within the list of common language location identifiers, if the uniformly distributed sequence point is located in a particular common language location identifier of the list of common language location identifiers; if so, adding, to a list of kernel common language location identifiers the uniformly distributed sequence point; and if not, discarding the uniformly distributed sequence point.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SERVICE GAP MITIGATION VIA TILT RECOMMENDATION

A method for service gap mitigation via tilt recommendation may include: identifying a candidate cell; generating boundaries of a service gap; determining a best server plot of the candidate cell; determining geo-located samples of the candidate cell; categorizing the candidate cell based on the boundaries of the service gap and at least one of the best server plot or the geo-located samples; and calculating an electronic tilt based on the categorization.
