CONFIGURING BLUETOOTH OPERATION AT HIGHER TRANSMIT POWER USING A WLAN CLIENT-TO-CLIENT (C2C) ENABLING SIGNAL
An apparatus includes memory and processing circuitry coupled to the memory. The processing circuitry is to decode a client-to-client (C2C) enabling signal received from an access point (AP). The C2C enabling signal indicates the AP is configured for Low Power Indoor (LPI) communication at an LPI signal power level. The signal power of the C2C enabling signal received from the AP is determined. Bluetooth (BT) circuitry of the apparatus is configured for BT communication with a wireless device at the LPI signal power level when the signal power of the C2C enabling signal is above a signal power threshold. The BT circuitry is configured to perform a handshake exchange with the wireless device to initiate the BT communication at the LPI signal power level.
METHODS FOR PERFORMING POWER CONTROL IN NEW RADIO (NR) SYSTEMS
The disclosed method and an apparatus are directed to determine an uplink transmission power in in New Radio (NR) systems by a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) for transmitting at least one physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH), using multiple beams toward multiple Tx/Rx points (TRPs). The method includes determining common parameters like a target receive power, a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) specific offset, and a transmit power control (TPC) command parameters common to the multiple beams. The method also includes determining beam-specific parameters like path loss for each beam, a configurable fractional power compensation factor for each beam, and a configurable maximum transmit power level of the each beam, wherein the fractional power compensation factor and the configurable maximum transmit power level for the each beam are determined dynamically or semi-statically based on at least deployment, WTRU mobility, or interference level. The method further includes transmitting at least one codeword to at least one receiving station using at least one of the multiple beams, which having a transmit power calculated based on the common parameters and the beam-specific parameters.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING TRANSMIT POWER FOR PERFORMING UPLINK TRANSMISSION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
Disclosed herein are a method and a device for transmitting an uplink channel in a wireless communication system. According to the present disclosure, a UE transmits to a base station information associated with uplink transmission supported by the UE and the UE information includes a subset including at least one transmit precoding matrix indicator (TPMI) supported by the UE. The UE may receive from the base station uplink transmission information including a TPMI for transmitting an uplink channel and transmit to the base station the uplink channel based on the uplink transmission information, and the uplink channel may be transmitted through full transmission power configured by the base station based on a case where the TPMI is included in the subset.

A method performed by a User Equipment (UE) for managing sub-flow communications is provided, the method includes selecting a sub-flow among a plurality of sub-flows of the UE based on a set of parameters associated with each of the plurality of sub-flows, and transmitting a plurality of Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) acknowledgement messages in a single frame through the selected sub-flow, the plurality of TCP acknowledgement messages being associated with the plurality of sub-flows.

The disclosed technology provides a system and method for allocating resource blocks to a mobile device based on a power headroom of the mobile device as contained in a power headroom report (PHR) from the mobile device. The network allocates mobile devices with the highest power headroom (e.g., power headroom above a certain power threshold) with edge resource blocks, mobile devices with the lowest power headroom (e.g. power headroom below a certain power threshold) with inner resource blocks, and other mobile devices with outer resource blocks.
