Selecting One or More Power Control Parameters for a Downlink Reference Signal
A wireless device receives, from a base station, configuration parameters indicating power control parameters and downlink reference signals. The wireless device selects a power control parameter, from the power control parameters, associated with a downlink reference signal with a highest radio link quality of the downlink reference signals. The wireless device transmits, with an uplink transmission power determined based on the power control parameter, an uplink transport block via a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH).

A method and apparatus for transmitting a power headroom report (PHR) in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) transmits a first PHR for a first carrier group, which is configured by a first eNodeB (eNB), to a second eNB; and transmits ing a second PHR for a second carrier group, which is configured by the second eNB, to the first eNB. The first PHR and the second PHR include a PHR for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) regardless of whether simultaneous transmission of the PUCCH and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) is configured or not.

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, collecting performance information for a plurality of user equipment (UE) devices and at least one base station in a radio communication network, determining, based on the performance information, that one or more UE devices of the plurality of UE devices experience a synchronization failure attempting to connect to a base station of the at least one base station, determining to temporarily boost transmit power of a synchronization signal block by the base station to facilitate synchronization between the base station and the UE devices experiencing the synchronization failure, determining a boosted power level of the transmit power of the synchronization signal block to minimize disruption to UE devices in an overlapping area between a first cell coverage area of the base station and a second cell coverage area of an adjacent base station, initiating transmission of the synchronization signal block by the base station at the boosted power level for reception by the UE devices experiencing the synchronization failure, and connecting one or more UE devices to the base station. There is provided the terminal which communicates with the base station, the terminal including: a reception unit 605 which detects a transmission power control (TPC) command in a downlink control information (DCI) format and obtains a power correction value from the TPC command; and a transmission power control unit 6015 which sets transmission power of an uplink signal based on a power correction value obtained from a first TPC command when the terminal is in a first state and sets transmission power of the uplink signal based on a power correction value obtained from a second TPC command when the terminal is in a second state.

The method includes identifying a particular set of transmission points that can be utilized to transmit data to a mobile device, constructing an indexed list of the particular set of transmission points, and transmitting the indexed list to the mobile device. The method further includes selecting at least one transmission point from the particular set of transmission points to transmit data to the mobile device in a particular transmission, and transmitting to the mobile device an indicator of the index corresponding to the at least one transmission point.

The method includes identifying a particular set of transmission points that can be utilized to transmit data to a mobile device, constructing an indexed list of the particular set of transmission points, and transmitting the indexed list to the mobile device. The method further includes selecting at least one transmission point from the particular set of transmission points to transmit data to the mobile device in a particular transmission, and transmitting to the mobile device an indicator of the index corresponding to the at least one transmission point.
