SCHEDULING UPLINK TRANSMISSIONS
For scheduling transmissions of data channels, control channels, or random access channels using downlink control information (DCI) formats, a DCI format can configure a transmission of one or multiple data channels over respective one or multiple transmission time intervals. A first DCI format can configure the parameters for a channel transmission and a second DCI format can trigger the channel transmission and indicate respective one or more transmission time intervals.
Wireless receiver
A method and apparatus for a wireless receiver are described herein. A user equipment (UE) may process control information in a first time slot of a transmission time interval (TTI) having a plurality of time slots. The UE may, in response to the control information including valid resource assignment information for the UE, receive data in the first time slot and another time slot of the TTI. The UE may, in response to the control information not including valid resource assignment information for the UE, discontinue reception in the TTI. The UE may discontinue reception for another time slot of the TTI. The circuitry may be further configured to receive a transmission indicating that a base station will discontinuously transmit to the UE. The control information may be processed prior to processing any of the data symbols of the TTI.

TECHNIQUES FOR SOFT CANCELLING UPLINK TRANSMISSION
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive a cancellation indication associated with an uplink transmission on a shared radio frequency spectrum band, the shared radio frequency spectrum band having a listen-before-talk channel access mechanism to access the shared radio frequency spectrum band; determine, based at least in part on the reception of the cancellation indication associated with the uplink transmission on the shared radio frequency spectrum band, whether the uplink transmission is to be cancelled or transmitted at a reduced transmit power; and when the uplink transmission is to be transmitted at the reduced transmit power, transmitting the uplink transmission at the reduced transmit power. Numerous other aspects are provided.
Method For Managing Data Transmission Power in Mobile Cellular Networks
A method manages sub-frame data transmission in a cellular network including a macro node and at least one small node associated therewith. The method includes at a macro node side: based on channel quality information from user equipment associated with the macro node, grouping the user equipment into a first group that can be served at a macro node first transmission power and a second group that has to be served at a macro node second transmission power higher than the macro node first transmission power, and determining a sub-frames pattern including: a number of no-transmission sub-frames wherein data transmission is prevented at the macro node side, a number of limited-transmission sub-frames wherein data transmission is allowed at the macro node side at only the first transmission power, and a number of normal-transmission sub frames wherein data transmission is allowed at the macro node side at the second transmission power.
HANDLING FOR INTERRUPTION DUE TO CARRIER SWITCHING AND CARRIER SWITCHING CAPABILITY INDICATION
Aspects of the present disclosure provide procedures for handling interruption due to carrier switching for sounding reference signal transmission and for a carrier switching capability indication. A method by a user equipment (UE) is provided, generally including interrupting communication on a first component carrier (CC) to switch between the first CC and a second CC to transmit an uplink reference signal on the second CC and adjusting one or more parameters of an uplink transmission on the first component carrier to account for the interrupting communication on the second CC. In aspects, another method is provided in which, a UE receives a query from a base station for switching capability information of the UE for one or more carrier aggregation (CA) configurations and, in response to the query, provides an indication to the BS of the switching capability information of the UE for the one or more CA configurations.
Method and apparatus for reporting power headroom
Provided are a method for reporting a power headroom and an apparatus using the same. The apparatus computes and reports a power headroom for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) that is transmitted in a first transmission period of a first band having a first subcarrier interval. The power headroom is computed on the basis of at least one second transmission interval of a second band having a second subcarrier interval which overlaps with the first transmission interval.

POWER REDUCTION MODE OPERATION METHOD IN WIRELESS LAN SYSTEM SUPPORTING CHANNEL FOR DOWNLINK, AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
The present document relates to a power reduction mode operation of a STA in a wireless communication system. To this end, during the STA's power saving mode operation, the TIM (traffic indication map) reception, the PS poll signal transmission, and the data reception are performed through one of a downlink oriented channel and a general channel distinguished from the downlink oriented channel, and the STA may previously acquire information on whether the TIM reception, the PS poll signal transmission, and the data reception are performed through one channel of the downlink oriented channel and the general channel.
