SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FAST UPLINK POWER CONTROL

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for fast uplink power control. In some embodiments, a method performed by a wireless device for fast uplink power control comprises receiving a transmit power control command from a network node and determining one of two or more predefined transmit power control mapping tables to be used by the wireless device to interpret the transmit power control command. The method further comprises determining a power adjustment value based on the transmit power control command received from the network node using the one of the two or more predefined transmit power control mapping tables and adjusting a transmit power of the wireless device based on the power adjustment value. In this manner, different transmit power control mapping tables can be used in different scenarios, which allows fast uplink power control.

TERMINAL AND TRANSMISSION METHOD

Provided is a terminal which can suitably transmit an uplink signal. In a terminal (100), a PC parameter control unit (104) sets a first power control parameter corresponding to a first service, when a prescribed condition relating to a control channel used for transmission of uplink signal allocation is met, and sets a second power control parameter corresponding to a second service, when the prescribed condition is not met. A transmission unit (109) transmits the uplink signal by using transmission power calculated by using the first power control parameter or the second power control parameter.

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive first downlink control information corresponding to a first group of downlink transmissions and second downlink control information corresponding to a second group of downlink transmissions. The UE may calculate a number of information bits for a feedback message including first feedback for one or more downlink transmissions of the first group and second feedback for one or more downlink transmissions of the second group. The number of information bits may include first information bits of the first feedback and second information bits of the second feedback. The UE may identify a transmission power for the feedback message based on the calculated number of information bits. The UE may transmit the feedback message including the first feedback and the second feedback using the identified transmission power.
