The base station may comprise one or more receivers configured to receive data units over the plurality of wireless links. A first data unit of the data units may span a plurality of channels. The first data unit may comprise a header portion duplicated along at least some of the plurality of channels and the first data unit may comprise a data portion which is not duplicated along the plurality of channels. The header portion duplicated along at least some of the plurality of channels may consist of bits of a release version dependent portion and bits of a portion which is non-release version dependent.
