11528712 · 2022-12-13 · ·

The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for controlling interference from a controllable device. The method includes that: a target RB suffering interference from a controllable device is determined from all RBs for data transmission; a target notification message is generated, the target notification message containing an interference indication identifier and RB information of the target RB and the interference indication identifier being configured to indicate that the interference is from the controllable device; and the target notification message is transmitted to a target base station to reduce the interference from the controllable device over the target RB according to the target notification message, the target base station being a base station for providing service for the controllable device. According to the present disclosure, interference from a controllable device over a base station of a cellular network may be reduced.

Multi-transmission time interval (TTI) grant scheduling

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for scheduling physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) across multiple transmission time intervals (TTIs) using multi-TTI grants.

ZERO PADDING APPARATUS FOR ENCODING FIXED-LENGTH SIGNALING INFORMATION AND ZERO PADDING METHOD USING SAME

A zero padding apparatus and method for fixed length signaling information are disclosed. A zero padding apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a processor configured to generate a LDPC information bit string by deciding a number of groups whose all bits are to be filled with 0 using a difference between a length of the LDPC information bit string and a length of a BCH-encoded bit string, selecting the groups using a shortening pattern order to fill all the bits of the groups with 0, and filling at least a part of remaining groups, which are not filled with 0, with the BCH-encoded bit string; and memory configured to provide the LDPC information bit string to an LDPC encoder.

High-speed communication link with self-aligned scrambling

High-speed communication links with self-aligned scrambling on a communication link that sends scrambled signals may include a slave device that may self-align by initially detecting an unscrambled preamble symbol and more particularly detect an edge of the unscrambled preamble symbol. Based on the detected edge, a fine alignment adjustment may be made by testing subsequent scrambled data for a repeated pattern such as an IDLE symbol by comparing the repeated pattern to a candidate scrambled sequence that has been received through the communication link. The comparison may use an exclusive OR (XOR) circuit on some bits to derive a scrambler seed that is used to test for a match for the remaining bits. If there is a match, the scrambler seed and frame alignment have been detected and alignment is achieved.

Method and apparatus for reporting channel state information

A channel state information request requesting a device to feedback channel state information can be received. Whether the channel state information request corresponds to regular latency based operation or reduced latency based operation can be determined. Channel state information can be derived based on a first reference resource when the channel state information request corresponds to regular latency based operation. Channel state information can be derived based on a second reference resource when the channel state information request corresponds to reduced latency based operation. The reduced latency based operation can have a latency less than the regular latency based operation. The derived channel state information can be reported to a network.

System and method for providing time domain allocations in a communication system

A system and method for providing time domain allocations in a communication system. In an embodiment, an apparatus operable in a communication system and including processing circuitry is configured to receive an indication of a time domain allocation in downlink control information associated with a radio network temporary identifier (“RNTI”) identifying the apparatus, and employ the time domain allocation associated with the RNTI for transmissions associated with the apparatus. In another embodiment, an apparatus operable in a communication system and including processing circuitry is configured to associate a time domain allocation with a RNTI identifying a user equipment, and provide an indication of the time domain allocation in downlink control information to allow the user equipment to employ the time domain allocation associated with the RNTI for transmissions associated therewith.

Efficient multiplexing of control information in transport block

Provided are systems and methods for transmitting data over a wireless channel from a data transmitting node to a data receiving node in a communication system. The data transmitting node comprises second-layer processing circuitry for receiving at least one second-layer SDU, to be mapped onto a resource allocated for data transmission, and for generating a second-layer PDU, including the at least one second-layer SDU and at least one second-layer control element, and first-layer processing circuitry for receiving the second-layer PDU generated by the second-layer processing circuitry and for mapping the second-layer PDU onto the resource allocated for data transmission. The data receiving node comprises first-layer processing circuitry for de-mapping at least one second-layer PDU, and second layer processing circuitry for receiving and parsing the second-layer PDU demapped by the first-layer processing circuitry, the second-layer PDU including at least one second-layer SDU, and at least one second-layer control element.

Code block segmentation

Aspects of the disclosure relate to mechanisms for code block segmentation in a wireless communication network (e.g., a sidelink network). In some examples, a wireless communication device may reserve resources across two or more slots on a carrier for transmission of a transport block. The wireless communication device may then select code block parameters for segmenting the transport block into a plurality of encoded code blocks such that each encoded code bock is fully contained within a single slot. In some examples, the code block parameters may include a number of encoded code blocks and a respective size of each of the encoded code blocks.
