By means of the electronic device, the wireless communication method, and the computer-readable storage medium of the present disclosure, a spectrum usage behavior of a user equipment during a spectrum sharing process can be quantitatively evaluated, so as to manage and control a behavior of the user equipment in a streamlined manner, reduce inter-user-equipment interference, and improve the total utility of a system.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR OPERATION IN 6 GHz AND COEXISTENCE WITH INCUMBENTS
An access point (AP) communicates to one or more stations (STAs) information indicating a set of channels and/or resource units (RUs), corresponding to a wideband basis service set (BSS) for an authorized unlicensed radio local area network (RLAN) using 6 GHz spectrum, which are subject to a lower power spectral density (PSD) level than other portions of the BSS frequency range or are not to be used for transmission. In some, but not necessarily all, embodiments, the AP and the STAs do not encode data on the identified channels or RUs, but do encode data on other channels and/or other RUs, which are not subject to the lower PSD constraint.
Enhanced Wideband High Frequency (HF) Data Transmission with Adaptive Interference Avoidance
Methods, devices, and system for Enhanced Wideband HF data transmission with adaptive interference avoidance and other improvements. Several embodiments describe a mesh network comprising a plurality of transmitting and receiving nodes in a congested band. The network senses the interference spectrum occupancies at a plurality of receiver nodes and synthesizes transmit waveforms at the transmit nodes so that the spectra of the transmit signals fit into the gaps of the interference spectra at the receiver nodes. The waveform is based on FDM, including OFDM, with adaptive tone suppression at the transmitter. The spectrum occupancy information at each node is continually shared in the background among all nodes using a low data rate, Fountain code with erasure sensing at the receivers, which guarantees robust delivery.
System and method for identification of aggressor cells
A system and method for identifying at least one aggressor cell are described. The method comprises transmitting at least one subframe from at least one base station of a first set of base stations to a second set of base stations, wherein the at least one subframe further comprises of at least one downlink subframe, at least uplink subframe and at least one special subframe. The second set of base stations decodes the at least one received subframe, and maps each of the at least one received downlink subframe, at least one received uplink subframe and at least one received special subframe of the at least one received subframe to at least one expected subframe. Lastly, at least one aggressor cell is determined based on a mismatch of the at least one received subframe and the at least one expected subframe.
INTERFERING IN TIME-DIVISION DUPLEX COMMUNICATION
A method for disconnecting a wireless time-division duplex communication link. The time-division duplex communication link being between a first node transmitting during time slots allocated to said first node, wherein a second node is transmitting during separate time slots allocated to said second node, said first node transmitting at a respective one of a plurality of frequency bands during each of said time slots allocated to said first node. The method may include sub-dividing a time slot allocated to said first node into consecutive time intervals; disrupting communication between said first node and said second node by transmitting, using a transmitter, respective interference signals during at least some of said time intervals while maintaining a frequency difference between any pair of consecutive interference signals below a frequency difference threshold, each of said interference signals being transmitted on one frequency band selected from a group of frequency bands, the group of frequency bands comprises the plurality of frequency bands, wherein for at least two of said time intervals said interference signals are transmitted on different frequency bands, wherein the frequency difference threshold does not exceed a portion of a frequency gap between (a) a lowest frequency band of the plurality of frequency bands and (b) a highest frequency band of the plurality of frequency bands.
ADAPTIVE SPECTRUM AS A SERVICE
The described technology is generally directed towards adaptive spectrum as a service, in which spectrum can be dynamically allocated to adapt to demand for wireless capacity. The demand for wireless capacity can be based on monitoring system state, and/or proactively predicted based on other system state such as time of day. Reallocated spectrum can be monitored for performance, to converge spectrum allocation to a more optimal state. Allocated spectrum can be relocated, increased or decreased, including by the use of citizens band radio service spectrum or other spectrum. Currently allocated spectrum can be adapted into modified allocated spectrum by an application program (xApp) coupled to a radio access network intelligent controller (RIC), a citizens broadband radio service device, a domain proxy service, and/or a user device.
