INTEGRATED ACCESS AND BACKHAUL DATA COLLECTION

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an apparatus of a central or management entity of an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) network may receive a report indicating one or more of a failure associated with a communication link associated with an IAB node included in the IAB network or a quality of service (QoS) associated with the communication link. The apparatus may modify a topography of the IAB network or routing within the IAB network when the report indicates the failure associated with the communication link. The apparatus may verify a QoS associated with the IAB network when the report indicates the QoS associated with the communication link. Numerous other aspects are described.

TECHNIQUES FOR SELECTING A MINIMUM MEASUREMENT DURATION IN LISTEN-BEFORE-TALK (LBT) SENSING SLOTS FOR HIGH BAND UNLICENSED CHANNEL ACCESS

This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for selecting a minimum measurement duration in listen-before-talk (LBT) sensing slots for high band unlicensed channel access. In some examples, a device may select a minimum sensing duration for an LBT procedure according to a sensing bandwidth or an energy threshold (such as an energy detection threshold or an energy power spectral density threshold), or both. As part of the LBT procedure, the device may measure or sense a wireless channel for at least the selected minimum sensing duration in each sensing slot of the LBT procedure. The device may selectively transmit on the wireless channel according to a result of the LBT procedure. For example, the device may either transmit or refrain from transmitting on the wireless channel depending on whether the device senses the wireless channel to be available.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ALLOCATING SIDELINK RESOURCE IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for sidelink resource allocation in a wireless communication system. The method and apparatus for sidelink resource allocation in a wireless communication system, a method of a first terminal, may include: receiving, from a base station, resource pool configuration information including information on a resource sensing type; in response to that the information on the resource sensing type indicates a sensing operation, sensing transmission resource(s) within a sensing period according to the resource sensing type based on the scheduling information; selecting a first resource based on a result of the sensing on the transmission resource(s); and performing sidelink communication using the selected first resource.

MULTI-TRANSMITTER SCHEDULING USING SLOT-BASED AND SUB-SLOT BASED PHYSICAL SIDELINK SHARED CHANNELS

Wireless communications systems and methods related to communicating control information are provided. A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) may include performing a clear channel assessment (CCA), transmitting, to a first UE based on the CCA being successful, a first transport block (TB) via a first sub-PSSCH associated with a first sub-slot, and transmitting, to at least one of the first UE or a second UE, a second TB via a PSSCH associated with a slot.

CHANNEL ACCESS METHODS AND LISTEN-BEFORE-TALK SOLUTIONS FOR NEW RADIO OPERATION IN UNLICENSED BANDS

Methods, systems, and devices for channel access and listen-before-talk approaches for new radio operation in unlicensed bands and/or licensed bands. A gNB and a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may operate in unlicensed spectrum. The gNB may perform listen-before-talk operation, and when successful, may send a downlink control channel with a slot format indication (SFI) to the WTRU. There may also be a handshaking procedure with an exchange of a request to transmit (RTT) and a request to receive (RTR). Prior to receiving the downlink channel, the WTRU may monitor search spaces at a first level, and once the downlink channel is received the WTRU may monitor search spaces at a second level. At the end of transmission, the WTRU may revert back to monitoring search spaces at the first level. In one example, the first level may be a mini-slot level and the second level may be a slot level.

COMMUNICATING BETWEEN APPARATUS IN THE UNLICENSED SPECTRUM

A method of communicating between nodes on a plurality of channels within the unlicensed spectrum is disclosed where coordination of the acquiring of the different channels is provided so that a further channel is acquired prior to the occupancy time of the currently used channel expiring. The method involves determining at one node that a channel in the unlicensed band has been acquired for a predetermined occupancy time. Initiating a scan of at least one further channel within the unlicensed spectrum to determine if a further channel is available. Once a predetermined time has passed and within the predetermined occupancy time, acquiring the available channel by transmitting a signal on it.

COMMUNICATION DEVICES AND METHODS

A communication device is configured to communicate with a second communication device, the communication device comprising circuitry configured to transmit one or more data frames to the second communication device that require a response by he second communication device, listen to a first response acknowledging receipt of at least one of the one or more data frames from he second communication device, and, if a first response is not received, change transmit opportunity configuration and/or channel access for non-data frames and/or data frames.

ENHANCED CARRIER SELECTION

Apparatus and method in a communication system for enhanced carrier selection are provided. The solution comprises selecting a carrier for first transmission to a second apparatus; controlling transmission utilising the selected carrier; receiving a transmission from the second apparatus and selecting a carrier for second transmission to the second apparatus at least partly based on the transmission from the second apparatus.

Provided are a channel occupancy time sharing method, a device node and a computer-readable storage medium. A COT sharing mechanism is introduced to realize COT sharing. Many instances of LBT between different device nodes is prevented. The aim of realizing more rapid and efficient communication within one COT can be achieved. The method embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a first device node acquiring first resources shared by a second device node, wherein the first resources are some resources within a channel occupancy time (COT) when the second device node initiates the COT during first channel access.
