An aerosol-forming substrate is provided for use with an inductive heating device, including: a solid material to release volatile compounds to form an aerosol upon heating of the substrate, a first susceptor material to heat the substrate and having a first Curie-temperature and being arranged in thermal proximity of the solid material, and a second susceptor material having a second Curie-temperature and being arranged in thermal proximity of the solid material, the first Curie-temperature being lower than the second Curie-temperature, and the second Curie-temperature defining a maximum heating temperature of the first and second materials, the first and second materials being arranged in heaped formation at different locations within the substrate, one of the first and second susceptor materials being arranged in a central region of the substrate and the respective other one of the first and second susceptor materials is arranged in peripheral regions of the substrate.
APPARATUS FOR HEATING SMOKABLE MATERIAL
Disclosed is an apparatus for heating smokable material to volatilize at least one component of the smokable material. The apparatus includes a heating zone for receiving an article, and a magnetic field generator for generating a varying magnetic field that penetrates the heating zone. The article includes smokable material and heating material that is heatable by penetration with a varying magnetic field to heat the smokable material. The magnetic field generator includes a magnetically permeable core and a coil. The core includes a magnetically permeable first portion and magnetically permeable first and second arms extending from the first portion. The coil is wound around the first portion of the core. The first and second arms of the core are on different sides of the heating zone.
AEROSOL PROVISION SYSTEM WITH A MOVEMENT MECHANISM
An aerosol provision system is disclosed comprising an aerosol generating component for generating an aerosol from an aerosol generating material. The system further comprises a consumable comprising aerosol generating material, the consumable defining a surface at which at least part of the aerosol generating material is disposed the surface having a characteristic extent in a first direction and a characteristic extent in a second direction and a movement mechanism for providing relative movement between the aerosol generating component and the consumable. The movement mechanism is arranged to provide relative movement between the aerosol generating component and the consumable along an axis substantially parallel to the first direction and along an axis substantially parallel to the second direction.
SCENTED CANDLE AND SCENTED CANDLE DEVICE
A scented candle device includes an electromagnetic base having a casing that defines a base space and that has a top surface, and an electromagnetic unit disposed in the base space for generating a magnetic field. An electromagnetically heated scented candle is disposed on the top surface of the casing, and includes a container defining a receiving space, and a scented candle body received in the receiving space. A magnetically conductive heating member is disposed between the top surface of the casing and the container, and generates heat energy after interacting with the magnetic field of the electromagnetic unit for heating the scented candle body.

An LED tube lamp comprises a glass lamp tube having a main body, two end caps coupled to a respective end of the tube, an LED light strip adhered to inner circumferential surface of the tube by first adhesive, a plurality of LED light sources mounted on a mounting region, a power supply module having a circuit board and a plurality of electronic components mounted on the circuit board, a diffusion layer covering on outer surface or inner surface of the tube, and a protective layer being disposed on surface of the strip and having a plurality of first openings for disposing the plurality of LED light sources. The strip comprises the mounting region and connecting region at an end of the strip. The circuit board is substantially parallel with axial direction of the tube, electrically connects to the connecting region, and stacks with a portion of the connecting region.

A fixing structure of a wiring member includes: a wiring member including at least one wire-like transmission member; a joint member including an adhesive layer, a heat generation layer, and a joint layer; and an adherend to which the wiring member is fixed, wherein the heat generation layer is a layer which can generate heat by induction heating and is provided between the adhesive layer and the joint layer, the joint layer is a layer having bond properties when heat is transmitted from the heat generation layer at a time of induction heating, the adhesive layer is fixed to one of the wiring member and the adherend, and the joint layer is fixed to another one of the wiring member and the adherend.

A heating apparatus for heating a cavity inside a chamber. The apparatus may include a first heater at the bottom of the chamber, a second heater at the top of the chamber, at least one air inlet connected to the chamber; and at least one air outlet connected to the chamber.
AEROSOL-GENERATING DEVICE WITH INDUCTION COIL WITH MOVABLE THIRD CONTACT
An aerosol-generating device is provided, including: a heating arrangement including an induction coil, first, second, and third contacts; and a controller, in which the first contact is arranged contacting a proximal end of the induction coil, in which the second contact is arranged contacting a distal end of the induction coil, in which the third contact is arranged contacting the induction coil between the first and the second contacts, in which the first, the second, and the third contacts are electrically connected to the controller, in which the controller is configured to control supply of an alternating electrical current between only a pair of the first, the second, and the third contacts, and in which the first and the second contacts are fixed contacts and the third contact is configured as a movable contact. A method for heating a heating arrangement of an aerosol-generating device is also provided.
AEROSOL-GENERATING DEVICE WITH ILLUMINATED PROXIMAL END
An aerosol-generating device configured to receive an aerosol-generating article is provided, including: an elongate housing having a distal end and a proximal end; a light source; and a controller configured to control the light source, in which, in use, the proximal end of the housing points towards a consumer, in which the proximal end of the housing includes an illumination portion made from translucent material, in which the light source is optically coupled to the illumination portion, and in which the illumination portion is configured to surround the aerosol-generating device in use. An aerosol-generating system including the aerosol-generating device and an aerosol-generating article is also provided. A method of operating the aerosol-generating system is also provided.
AEROSOL GENERATING DEVICE
An aerosol generating device for generating aerosol from an aerosol generating material is disclosed. The aerosol generating device includes a first heating unit and a second heating unit both arranged to heat, but not burn, an aerosol generating material in use. A controller is arranged to control the first and second heating units wherein during the course of a session the controller is arranged to set the first heating unit: (i) a target operating temperature T1 during a time period t1-t2; (ii) a target operating temperature T2 during a time period t2-t3; (iii) a target operating temperature T3 during a time period t3-t6; and (iv) a target operating temperature T4 during a time period t6-t7; wherein temperature T1>T2>T3>T4 and time t0<t1<t2<t3<t4<t5<t6<t7.
