A sintering apparatus is provided. The sintering apparatus includes a case having an internal space formed therein and including a door provided in a front portion thereof to open and close the internal space, a magnetron coupled to the case and oscillating microwaves toward the internal space, a heat insulating unit disposed in the internal space to form a chamber space and blocking transmission of heat of the chamber space to the internal space, a susceptor unit disposed in the chamber space and having a sintering space in which a to-be-sintered material is accommodated, and a cooling unit cooling at least one of the case or the chamber space.

A waste treatment incinerator includes a furnace and a microwave transmitting module. The furnace includes a housing defining a treatment space. The furnace includes an activated charcoal layer located in the treatment space. An exhaust pipe is connected to the activated charcoal layer. The microwave transmitting module aligned with the activated charcoal layer. Treatment equipment includes the waste treatment incinerator, a heat exchange system, and a purification module. The heat exchange system includes a first heat exchange module connected to the exhaust pipe of the furnace and a reservoir connected to the first heat exchange module. The purification module includes a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The gas inlet intercommunicates with the first heat exchange module. A sprinkling area is disposed between the gas inlet and the gas outlet.
Method for controlling microwave heating systems
A method for processing articles using a microwave heating system includes obtaining an operating profile for heating a type of article using the microwave heating system. The operating profile includes a temperature-time profile for a target F.sub.0 value and a group of set point values for achieving the temperature-time profile, the group of set point values including a target for a control parameter of the microwave heating system. Using a control system operatively coupled to the microwave heating system, the microwave heating system is operated in accordance with the group of set point values such that each of the articles achieves an F.sub.0 value that is greater than or equal to the target F.sub.0 value.
Method for cooking food in a solid state microwave oven
A method for heating or cooking a frozen food product with a susceptor in a solid state microwave oven includes placing the frozen food product with a susceptor into a microwave oven, heating the food product at a first heating step at a low absorption frequency, and heating the food product at a second heating step at a high absorption frequency.

A porous composite material capable of generating an arc in a microwave field includes an inorganic porous framework and a carbon material loaded on the inorganic porous framework. The average pore size of the inorganic porous framework is 0.2-1000 μm. The porous composite material has an excellent mechanical performance, can generate an arc in a microwave field to quickly generate a high temperature, and thus can be used in fields such as microwave high-temperature heating, biomass pyrolysis, vegetable oil treatment, waste polymer material pyrolysis, petrochemical pyrolysis, carbon-fiber composite material recovery, waste treatment, VOC waste gas treatment, COD wastewater treatment, high-temperature catalysis, waste circuit board full-component recycling, and hydrogen preparation.

Provided are a microwave heating device and a method for manufacturing a semiconductor packaging using the same. The microwave heating device includes a microwave generator configured to generate microwaves, a microwave absorbing layer configured to receive the microwaves so as to be heated, a temperature measuring layer provided on the microwave absorbing layer, a sensor configured to detect a temperature of the temperature measuring layer, and a controller connected to the sensor and the microwave generator to determine the temperature of the microwave absorbing layer using a detection signal of the sensor, the controller being configured to control a voltage of the microwaves provided from the microwave generator based on the temperature of the microwave absorbing layer.
