A microwave processing device includes: a periodic structure body which forms a surface-wave transmission line to transmit surface waves of microwaves; an oscillator which generates microwave power; and a transmitting part which transmits the microwave power generated by the oscillator to the periodic structure body, wherein a matching part is provided at a connecting portion between the periodic structure body and the transmitting part, and an impedance of the matching part is set to a value between an impedance of the periodic structure body and an impedance of the transmitting part.

A driving circuit for a magnetron, and a heating device, the driving circuit includes a rectification circuit, configured to convert an alternating current into a direct current so as to supply power to the magnetron. The driving circuit includes a transformer, a primary coil of the transformer being configured to be connected to an alternating current power supply terminal or an inverter circuit, a second secondary coil of the transformer being connected to the rectification circuit, and the transformer being configured to provide an alternating current for the rectification circuit; and a component having a variable resistance value, the component is in a circuit path formed by the first secondary coil, the anode of the magnetron, and the cathode of the magnetron and configured to limit a current flowing through the magnetron. A resistance value of the component is positively correlated with the temperature of the component.

One or more example embodiments relates to an X-ray generator comprising a high-voltage transformer, the high-voltage transformer including a core; a primary winding module including the primary windings enclosing a core in a primary section in a shape of a coil; and a secondary winding module including secondary windings and a plastic section made from a plastic, the secondary windings enclosing the core in a secondary section in the shape of the coil, the plastic section at least one of enclosing or comprising the secondary windings, the plastic forming an electrical insulator, wherein the primary section and the secondary section have a common overlap area, and the high-voltage transformer is configured to at least one of generate a voltage of at least 70 kV with respect to ground or act as a unipolar high-voltage transformer to output a voltage of at least 70 kV.
