MICROWAVE OVEN AND THAWING CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a microwave oven, and a thawing control method and device for the same. The method includes: S1, receiving a thawing instruction; S2, starting a thawing; and S3, controlling a thawing condition, to maintain a temperature of food in the microwave oven in 3 C.0 C. With the method, by taking temperatures in the range of 3 C.0 C. as an optimal temperature at thawing endpoint for thawing the food, the thawed food is more nutritious, healthier, and easier to cut, and has the low temperature difference, without a cooked discoloration phenomenon.
MICROWAVE OVEN
Disclosed herein is a microwave oven having an improved structure with which foods can be effectively heated. The microwave oven includes: a housing including a cooking chamber having a bottom surface; at least one first reflective portion formed on the bottom surface of the cooking chamber; a magnetron provided to generate microwave radiation; and a tray disposed apart from the bottom surface of the cooking chamber and supporting food to be heated. The at least one first reflective portion extends a given height (h) above a reference level (RL).
MICROWAVE OVEN AND THAWING CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a microwave oven, and a thawing control method and device for the same. The method includes: acquiring a total period T of thawing according to a weight x of food in the microwave oven, wherein the total period T of thawing satisfies: T=K(x/100) seconds, where, 20 seconds/gK120 seconds/g; and controlling the microwave generator to start, and thawing the food according to the total period T of thawing. With the method, the thawed food is more nutritious, healthier, and easier to cut, and has the low temperature difference, without a cooked discoloration phenomenon.
MICROWAVE OVEN AND THAWING CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a microwave oven, and a thawing control method and device for the same. The method includes: detecting temperatures of a plurality of temperature detecting points on food in the microwave oven; and controlling the microwave generator to start, and thawing the food according to the temperatures of the plurality of temperature detecting points on the food. With the method, the thawed food is more nutritious, healthier, and easier to cut, and has the low temperature difference, without a cooked discoloration phenomenon.
MICROWAVE HEATING DEVICE
A rotating antenna (105a) includes: a ceiling surface (109) and a side-wall surface (110) that constitute a waveguide structure (108); and a horn (113) that radiates a microwave into a heating chamber. The rotating antenna (105a) further includes a flange (112) that is formed on a periphery of the side-wall surface (110) so as to face a bottom surface (111), which is an inner wall surface of the heating chamber, and so as to surround the side-wall surface (110). The flange (112) has choke sections (117) that reduce a leakage of the microwave. This configuration can generate a relatively low impedance region so as to surround the side-wall surface (110), thereby enhancing a leakage reducing performance of the rotating antenna (105a) and increasing directivity of the microwave radiated from the rotating antenna (105a). Consequently, if a part of substances to be heated arranged on a plate is a food that a user does not want to warm, the rotating antenna (105a) selectively heats an area in which a food that the user wants to warm is present but hardly heats the food that the user does not want to warm.
MICROWAVE HEATING APPARATUS WITH ROTATABLE ANTENNA AND METHOD THEREOF
A microwave heating apparatus and a method for heating/browning a piece of food by means of microwaves are provided. The microwave heating apparatus comprises a cavity arranged to receive, in a substantially horizontal browning region, a piece of food to be browned. The microwave heating apparatus further comprises a microwave source for generating microwaves and a rotatable antenna arranged at the cavity bottom for supplying the generated microwaves. The antenna is configured to produce at least one radiating lobe pointing towards the browning region such that the intersection between the radiating lobe and the browning region forms a hot spot, thereby forming a ring-shaped heating pattern in the browning region under rotation of the antenna. The present invention is advantageous in that a microwave heating apparatus with an improved crisp function is provided.
Household microwave appliance having mode variation apparatus
A household microwave appliance includes a cooking chamber exposable to microwaves. A mode variation apparatus modifies a field distribution of the microwaves in the cooking chamber, and a microwave leakage sensor detects a microwave leakage radiation exiting from the cooking chamber. The household microwave appliance is designed to vary setting values of the mode variation apparatus, and to set an operating point of the mode variation apparatus based on a quantity of measurement data of the detected microwave leakage radiation resulting from a variation.

Heating cooking apparatus
A heating cooking apparatus including a heating cooking chamber and a microwave supply unit is provided. An object to be heated is accommodated in the heating cooking chamber. A microwave supply unit includes a radiation port and supplies microwaves to the heating cooking chamber through the radiation port. The radiation port is positioned below the heating cooking chamber. The heating cooking apparatus further includes a partitioning member that covers the radiation port and a placing portion on which the object to be heated is placed.
Domestic microwave device with rotary antenna
A household microwave appliance includes a rotary antenna having a plurality of wings rotatable about a common axis of rotation, with a relative angle between at least two of the plurality of wings being adjustable in a motor-driven manner about the axis of rotation.
