The door may include a frame supporting the conductive mesh layer. The door may include a conductive and/or sealing engagement between the conductive mesh layer and the frame. The door may include a leak detection device. The leak detection device may be adjacent the conductive and/or sealing engagement. The door may include a user interface display and/or a touch screen.
Cooking appliance
The present disclosure provides a cooking appliance, comprising a base and an oven door articulated with the base, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a cooking platform and a microwave shield, the cooking platform comprises a frame and a carrier plate mounted on the frame, the carrier plate is made of a non-microwave shielding material, the frame is detachably mounted on a top plate of the base, an abutting supporting surface is formed between the lower surface of the frame and the upper surface of the top plate, a magnetron is mounted at the bottom of the top plate, the magnetron is used for emitting microwaves from the inner side of the supporting surface to the carrier plate, and the microwave shield is mounted on the top plate, surrounds the outer side of the supporting surface and is used for shielding the microwaves leaked from the supporting surface.
Cooking apparatus
Disclosed herein are a cooking apparatus including a main body including a cooking compartment configured to cook food using microwaves, and a door configured to open or close the cooking compartment, wherein the door includes a door frame in which an opening is formed so that the cooking compartment is visible therethrough, and a shielding plate including a substrate and a multi-shielding layer, with which the substrate is coated to prevent microwaves in the cooking compartment from leaking to an outside, and coupled at the opening. The door of the cooking apparatus allows an inside of the cooking compartment to be better seen from the outside.
Accessory structures for microwave mounted in aircraft galley
A door assembly for a microwave oven includes a door covering an opening of an oven housing. The door includes a bezel forming an outer frame to conceal internal door components and an inner door portion within the bezel made of a transparent material. An electromagnetic interference (EMI) attenuation device positioned around outer edges of the door includes folded transformer sections with dimensions based on an operative wavelength of electromagnetic energy generated by the oven. The EMI attenuation device attenuates EMI waves escaping the oven through a gap between the housing and the door. The transformer sections are positioned at an incline angle from a horizontal plane in which the transformer sections extend a greater distance in the horizontal plane than in a vertical plane to allow for a reduced bezel size and an increased area of the inner door portion.
Cooking device
A cooking appliance with an improved structure to increase visibility to get a better look at the inside of a cooking room during cooking while blocking electromagnetic waves generated in the cooking room from leaking out. The cooking appliance includes a main body configured to have having a cooking room and a door arranged on the front of the main body to open or and close the cooking room. The door includes a door frame configured to have an opening formed to see into the cooking room and a conductive border portion around the opening; a shielding member arranged to cover the opening and having a conductive blocking layer configured to block electromagnetic waves; and a fixing member arranged to combine the door frame and the shielding member.
COOKING APPLIANCE
The present invention relates to a cooking appliance. The cooking appliance of the present invention comprises: a frame defining a cooking chamber; a magnetron for generating microwaves in order to cook food received in the cooking chamber; a door connected to the frame so as to open or close the cooking chamber; a gasket disposed in the door and coming in contact with the front portion of the frame in a state where the cooking chamber is closed by the door; and a leakage prevention part disposed in the door and forming a space portion for preventing leakage of the microwaves, wherein the gasket is coupled to the space portion.
Gasket adapted for a microwave oven or a cooking oven with microwave heating function and a microwave oven or a cooking oven with microwave heating function comprising the same
A gasket (20) adapted for a microwave oven or a cooking oven with microwave heating function, that includes at least one elastic material and includes a front portion (30) and a rear portion (32), wherein the front portion (30) of the gasket (20) is an electrically non-conductive material, whereas the rear portion (32) of the gasket (20) is an electrically conductive material.
MULTIPLE CAVITY MICROWAVE OVEN DOOR
A microwave oven is provided herein having a cooking cavity, a dividing shelf for dividing the cooking cavity into at least two sub-cavities, and a door movable between an open and closed position for selectively providing and preventing access to the sub-cavities respectively. The door is provided with a choke frame configured to communicate with the dividing shelf in the closed position so as to attenuate microwave transmission between the sub-cavities.
MICROWAVE COOKING APPLIANCE WITH INCREASED VISIBILITY INTO THE CAVITY
A microwave cooking appliance for increasing visibility into the cooking cavity. The microwave cooking appliance may include a door. The door may include a conductive mesh layer. The door may include a frame supporting the conductive mesh layer. The door may include a conductive and/or sealing engagement between the conductive mesh layer and the frame.
Universal Electronic Oven Heating Functionality Module
