In some embodiments, LEDs may be placed in the first subset of the plurality of LED mounting areas.

The third face faces the second plate. The first non-volatile memory package is thermally connected to the second plate. The controller package is thermally connected to the first plate through the first opening.

The heatsink interface component also includes recesses located within the second and fourth sides. Each of a first set of the recesses extends from a bottom surface to the top surface of the second side, and each of a second set of the recesses extends from a bottom surface to the top surface of the fourth side.

The circuit board has a conductive pattern with a heat transfer property that is electrically connected to any terminal of the circuit element and transfers the heat generated by the circuit element. The conductive pattern with a heat transfer property is formed in an area outside a range within a predetermined distance from the temperature detection element. In the case where the temperature detection element is electrically connected to the conductive pattern with a heat transfer property, the connection is made via a linear wiring pattern or a linear wiring member.

A lighting device contains a first circuit board and a second circuit board. The first circuit board has one or more connecting sections having overall at least two contact areas. The second circuit board has an opening through which the connecting section of the first circuit board can extend. At least two contact elements, which are electrically connected to conductive tracks of the second circuit board, are arranged on the second circuit board. Each contact element has a contact region by which the contact element butts against one of the contact areas of the first circuit board. As a result, an electrical connection is produced between the two circuit boards.

The present disclosure provides a flexible display module and a method for manufacturing the flexible display module. The flexible display module includes a flexible display panel, a driving chip and a circuit board. The flexible display panel includes a display region and a bonding region, and the driving chip and the circuit board are arranged at the bonding region. The circuit board includes a first flexible printed circuit and a first printed circuit board provided with an electronic element, the first printed circuit board is coupled to one end of the first flexible printed circuit, and the first flexible printed circuit includes a bonded portion coupled to the bonding region of the flexible display panel. The first flexible printed circuit is bent so that a first space is defined by the first flexible printed circuit, the first printed circuit board and the flexible display panel.
